SAND BY ME at Seaside Beach: Welcome to this Cape Cod-style home renovated in 2021 and ready for guests to enjoy. This home is on the North side of Seaside with a close stroll to the Necanicum River, the Beach, and Necanicum Estuary Natural History Park, where the River and Pacific Ocean meet. This home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to 9 guests. The Master bedroom has a King bed, 2 rooms have Queenbeds, and the kids room has 2 trundle beds. The Downtown Seaside area is only 1.1 miles away, a short drive or a nice walk to enjoy all Seaside downtown has to offer and still have the quietness of the North end of Seaside. Dogs welcome, sorry no cats allowed.

BBQ available May-September only for guest safety

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old

Occupancy: 9 (Guests of ALL ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)

Maximum Vehicles : 3 (Vehicles must park on site in the designated spaces; there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home)

Nightly minimums and rates will vary depending on market conditions:
Peak Season - 4 night minimum
Holidays - 3-4 night minimum over Holidays/Major Events
Off Season (October – May) - 2 night
