Stayed Aug 6, 2025We loved our week at Higgins Lake! The house was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies that we needed. We had so much fun kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming in the lake. It had great outdoor spaces as well as indoor spaces to gather. It was perfect!

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Wonderful house with amenities for cooking, a huge deck with plenty of chairs for guests, the grill worked very well, and the bottom of the lake was sandy and perfect for small children to play without deep water. Highly recommend this house.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024House and property were ideal for our large family with 4 teenage grandkids. The grandkids enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards and sunning on the platform in the water. Overall, another great family vacation!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had an awesome week at this property. We had 5 Adults and 4 kids and everyone had the best time! The home was immaculately clean upon arrival and check in was very easy! The kids loved the beach to play at and we enjoyed sunset views in the evening. At the end of the trip we all said we would definitely rent this home again!
