Great views and a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach.

Nice ocean view from balcony. Convenient location. Pool and pool area was spacious and well thought out. Kitchen towel was dirty and wet when we arrived. Floors and rugs were dirty.

The condo was bright and open and the bedrooms worked well for our family. The location by the pool was wonderful and we had two great days at the beach close by.

Overall impression of the property was good. Things that would take it to a 5 star review would be: enforecement of pool rules, 2 occasions of loud music last night people were in the pool at 2am; and blackout curtains in all bedrooms.

Perfect for our family. Short work to the beach and the pool being right out the back door was perfect.

This is a great location-and a lovely condo. Great access to the pool-and to the beach. We would stay here again. Parking was perfect also. There was some issue with cleanliness in the upstairs hall bathroom. Long dark Hair in the drain in the tub. The pool area had an issue with the chain for the shower-it was too short to use. Also-no TP in the pool bathroom. One night people were in the pool til 11:00 pm and had to be asked to be quiet. We were happy that check out was at 11:00 and not 10 am!

Memories captured for shur shower and crumbs where left on counters but other wise property was amazing

This condo is only okay for the following reasons (pros and cons).Kitchen: not many dishes or glasses, nonstick pans are so scraped up they can't be used, no spices or supplies other than salt/pepper, dishwasher is at end of useful lifeBedrooms: beds are NOT comfortable, sheets are old and don't fit well anymore, beds are squeaky and mattresses worn outBathrooms: decent, clean, no shampoo or conditioner, only hand soap availableLiving room: decent couches, plenty of sitting optionsPool: warm enough to swim but not comfortable on a day cooler than 75F, only being cleaned twice weekly so a lot of debris blows inBeach: close enough to walk to (there is a stretch of 50yards along a busy road, but not too bad), a few beach toys are available but no beach towelsManagement: communicates quickly during booking process but after that not much. I didn't have any huge issues to report but he didn't even respond to text on the day we left letting him know we checked outOverall: it was fine, we wouldn't stay here again unless basic upgrades are made

Clean and nice

Good space and amenities. Pool just outside door. Long walk to beach if you have older people or very young kids. Place would be nice but needs deep cleaning. Dust everywhere, sandy floors, sheets not clean on beds. Towels need replacing.
