Across both homes, you'll find 12 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Multiple king suites offer a comfortable, hotel-quality experience with spacious bathrooms, double vanities, and walk-in showers. Dedicated bunk rooms give kids and teens their own space to spread out, with full-size bunks and individual TVs.



With 15 bathrooms throughout both homes, large groups can enjoy the convenience of having plenty of bathrooms without the morning wait.

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to both homes and all of their amenities, including all floors, private pools and hot tubs, outdoor spaces, game areas, kitchens, laundry facilities, and available parking.



Both homes feature smart lock entry, and your personal access codes will be provided before check-in.

Located along Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, the homes are perfectly positioned for enjoying the best of the Emerald Coast.



Beach access is just steps away, putting the famous sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters within easy walking distance. You'll also be close to St. Andrews State Park, restaurants, seafood spots, entertainment, watersports, grocery stores, and family-friendly attractions.

Getting Around:

Golf cart rentals are available within one block — the easiest and most fun way to explore the area. Most of what you'll need is within a 5–10 minute drive, and the beach is always the fastest walk.

Pool heating is available seasonally from October 1 through May 1 for an additional $180 per day.
