Sanctuary at Navarre Beach - 8 BR/8 BA Beach House w/pool.

Location on beach was fantastic! House size and layout worked well for our large extended family.

Here are items that I find useful to share:1. Our group consisted of 15 adults. With 8 bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, this place was truly accommodating. Plenty of room!2. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and rags. However, there are no spices, oils, or coffee filters. So make sure to stop at a grocery store for those items if you plan on cooking or drinking coffee.3. On the beach with its own pathway, which made it easy to carry supplies to the beach. They also had a bunch of chairs and other beach items in the garage.4. Pool was great. It can't be heated, FYI.5. The AC in the main living area seemed to not be working when we arrived, however, we called the home office and they were quick to get a technician over to resolve the problem.6. Plenty of parking. We had no issues with 5 cars.7. A working elevator! This was a god send for brining all our luggage up / down.8. Two fridges. This was helpful since we kept an overflow of groceries in the fridge located on ground floor.9. The remotes for the tvs and fans seemed to control multiple devices. Also the batteries were failing, but I'm sure if you contact the home office, they would quickly remedy that.Overall, I highly recommend this location!!

Being able to use elevator was so awesome! The house was large enough for our group of 19! A couple of negative issues for our family was no outside lighting on either deck! So, we couldn’t use pool at night because it was so dark with no lighting and no table and chairs to enjoy the evenings. I know there is seating attached to pool but that doesn’t make for good conversation. Overall, we had a great time and the management was speculatular!

Great for very large family

Navarre beach is beautiful! We had 5 days of perfect weather!

This house was great for our group. Each bedroom has its own bath, so no one had to share. Finally a house where they let the guests use the elevator!!! That was a game changer for loading/unloading all of our stuff. The kitchen was well supplied with plenty of cooking pots/pans/storage containers, etc. Loved that there was an ice machine and an additional refrigerator. We cook and dine in during our stays, so these things are important to us. Beach area and views are beautiful. You will need to bring or buy beach chairs. We would definitely recommend and return!

Only problem was the pool was not heated so it was not usable in the end of March. Otherwise we had a great time.

The house is well equipped except for a pack-n-play. New appliances in the kitchen and plenty of room for our 8 adults and two kids. Tons of TVs. Pool is nice but not usable in the winter months. Very nice clean beach a few steps away from the house. Great location. The manager response was very prompt whenever we had any questions or issues.

Meet with dear friends from long ago, this spacious place allowed for good fellowship together and private time when needed. We will stay again one day, hopefully sooner v later.
