San Marcos Home w/ Patio & Grill - Walk to Lake!

We truly enjoyed our stay. They neighborhood was safe and quiet. Within walking of the lake. Many restaurants and stores within a short drive. Maria was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

The home was beautiful and the host very gracious. In San Marcos for the birth of our first granddaughter. We had only one small repair needed for a towel bar; this was corrected immediately. Our host checked-in on us and ensured we had a relaxing stay. Enjoyed use of the garage, and the patio was my work and our social area. Recommend highly.

When you go on vacation, you don't want to have to think about going out to pick up additional items. The owner didn't skip a beat with anything. She had the most incredibly stocked kitchen with spices, oils, nice pots and pans, glasses, a Keurig, and tons of silverware. She had all of the cleaning items and a new sponge as well. The bathrooms had very absorbent and soft towels with plush rugs. She also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, face wipes, and extra toilet paper. Her Welcome Book explained absolutely everything. The neighborhood was just beautiful and a nice 10-minute walk to a lovely lake. It's only a 15-20 minute drive to the beach and wonderful restaurants, so truly the best location. The owner does have a small unit with a door next to the kitchen, but she wasn't there during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

This was our second time staying at this property and will continue to stay here in the future!! It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The property manager, Maria, is easily available. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the San Diego area!!

Clean well appointed good location.

My wife and I have stayed in many rental properties. This by far had the most well stocked kitchen! All the utensils you need, even an impressive collection of spices :-) The backyard space was very inviting and the home as well laid out. The issues that we did have the property owner addressed right away. It should be noted that the property owner does live in a separate section of the home, which was not mentioned during booking.

We use vacation rentals very frequently. The kitchen in this home by far was the most well stocked kitchen we've experienced! It was so nice to have all of the cooking utensils we could need as well as a large selection of spices. The outdoor space is lovely and the neighborhood is peaceful. The property owner was quick to attend to some issues we did have (it should be noted that she does live in a separate area of the home, which was not clear when we reserved.)

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for a month. During what was a very stressful time, it was a quiet very comfortable oasis. Beds and furniture are very comfortable and the kitchen is the best equipped of the many VRBO houses/apts we have rented. The owner, Maria, is very welcoming, warm, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property.
