Very spacious getaway in a great city. Spacious enough for everybody to have their own space but homie enough for it to feel like great place for family and friends to gather and enjoy each others company.

We had a wonderful bachelorette party weekend here for my sister. The house was clean, well-located, and had everything we needed on top of being absolutely gorgeous! Our host was responsive and communicative which made planning the weekend a breeze. I would definitely book this home again and would recommend booking a stay here!

We had a large group and had a fantastic stay! We didn't feel like we were ever on top of each other with how large the house is. The photos are true to the space, and honestly, everyone in our group was happy with any room in the house. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The pool was great and large enough for nearly all 11 of us. The spa was very nice and heated up super quickly. If I had a similarly sized group and were staying near the San Diego downtown area, I would stay again. A special surprise, other than the beautiful skyline over San Diego, was the nightly fireworks that were easily viewed from the back of the house at SeaWorld. While our group was OK with Ubering most places around San Diego, if you are coming with family and doing a lot of different activities, I would rent a car, which can easily be pulled into the driveway.

We booked this VRBO for a large group of 30 year olds for a 4 day 3 night stay. The owners were very responsive if we had any questions. The location made it very easy to get to local attractions and the airport.

Great place and plenty of places to sleep.Not to mention a great view of the city and you can see the fireworks from SeaWorld from the top floor. Recommend

This house was definitely big enough for 16 of us to stay in! We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, beautiful views & the amount of space there was for us all to be together. It was a great place to stay during our vacation!

We had a great stay! The host was very prompt to communicate with, which was great! The property has A LOT of steps, so a little difficult for one of our friends who had a sprained ankle and for the hibachi chef to get their grill upstairs to set up. Other than that the space was great for a large crowd, loved the outdoor balconies, and the views are incredible! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The place was amazing—spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our large group. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, from beautiful views to ample outdoor seating that made our evening meals especially enjoyable. All in all, it was a truly memorable vacation.

House is beautiful, beds a bit uncomfortable/cheap feeling

My friends and I stayed at the property for 3 nights for my Bachelor Trip, and it was a perfect time! We spent most of the days doing activities away from the house, which the property is really nicely located for (15 mins away from airport, Zoo, Pacific Beach, and everywhere else we went). The configuration of the house is awesome too, with the top floor being set up for socializing and preparing meals and everyone else having ample space for sleeping arrangements in the first two floors. Katrina was very responsive and great to communicate with too!

Our stay was great! The upstairs main room was the best part. The family enjoyed the board games, watching tv and cooking together. The home was beautiful! We will surely visit again!

House is perfect! Amazing location! Able to watch the fireworks from Sea World from the house! Easy to get around town with access to freeways!

Very good experience. Close to all activities that we wanted to experience. Great views from the house. Watched the fireworks every night. Great pool. Stairs were a little hard to navigate for older guests, but we managed.

The place was amazing and so close to what we needed. The communication from the host was spectacular! Highly recommend!!
