Stayed May 25, 2025Very nice house and property. I went with my kids and grandkids. The property has little extras that made our stay so much easier- children toys, laundry, large back porch, hot tub. The pool was great but it was chilly out so we didn’t use. Location was good for us as it was central to things we wanted to do.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024This house was great for our 7-person weekend in SD. We appreciated the like-new furniture, bedding, pool towels, overall it was a clean and well-appointed house. Joe provided all the necessities, the kitchen appliances/cookware were stocked for us to make several meals, we had plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper. The neighborhood/street was quiet and safe, and not far from a Starbucks, sprouts, and a few bars. The pool was easy to heat, but there were no pool toys/floaties. We brought and left some floats, hopefully the next guests will get to use them. Joe was proactive in communication and generously let us have a late check out.

Stayed Mar 30, 2024We enjoyed our stay! The property was exactly as described. Perfect for a family or medium sized group. It was well stocked and included most essentials. We have stayed in many VRBOs and our favorite thing about this home was the location. It’s about 20 minutes from everything (airport, zoo, Sea-world, etc.) The only thing we would have really liked were some pool toys and comfy lounge chairs for around the pool. We initially thought the price and fees were a bit high but the pool and hot tub were heated at no addition per diem cost which balanced it out.
