San Diego Family Home w/ Lush Backyard Patio!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The location couldn’t have been better: convenient, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A comfortable home. Great backyard. Wish there was more room for dining. Great communication with host/owner. Except for dining it is comfortable for 6 adults.

This experience was overall excellent. The home was very clean and fully furnished. The property is well cared for and just beautiful. We were greeted with a large welcome basket. This property is an example of staying in your own home.

The host is very attentive. Check in-out was very efficient, easy and accommodating! We had 3 rambunctious boys age 8-17 in our group. The yard was ample size for them to move about to release energy. No yard toys were available but we had brought a few of our own. We love the artificial turf for our morning yoga on the yard. We walked the neighborhood several times. Safety was not a concern. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, all the basic small appliances you may need in addition to several cooking spices. Primary bed is extremely comfortable. Plenty of pillows, sheets, towels, toilet paper etc for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in San Diego. This was a good homebase and close to downtown and every where else we wanted to visit. The outdoor area was good for hanging and spending the afternoon.

I recently rented this home for my daughter's wedding in San Diego. While seven of us shared this well kept and comfy place, it felt spacious enough to enjoy the cool morning and evening time for coffee and drinks on the back patio. Even with close neighbors the privacy was nice.I will be renting this place again due to its close proximity to downtown, yet far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle!Thanks again for a great experience!!!

The house was decorated beautifully and was fully stocked. Check in and out was easy with a welcome basket of goodies left for us to enjoy. Comfortable beds and a great patio. Easily accessible to the freeways and in a quiet neighborhood. Janet, the host, stays on site, but you would not know she is there. She is very accommodating and accessible if you need anything. Great property and would definitely rent again.

This is a great house located in a quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to the freeways and everything you would want to visit in San Diego. Beautiful decor with an awesome backyard patio. Fully stocked with anything you would need. Owner stays on site, but you would not know she is there. Janet was a great host and made us feel welcomed. Unexpected welcome basket with wine and snacks was waiting when we arrived. Awesome touch Janet. 100% recommendation for this rental!

When Janet heard we were traveling with one of our children and their 16-month old child, she thoughtfully pulled decorated her home for Christmas. She communicated with us via text before & during our stay. We felt very welcomed! Thank you, Janet

I had an amazing stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to local attractions, in a quiet neighborhood.The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. We were here 4 nights over Veterans Day weekend to visit a friend in Chula Vista. This house was in a great location, central to the airport and to our friend’s house. Nice neighbor, beautiful and clean house, with a well stocked kitchen. We utilized the outdoor backyard to meet up with our friends 2 out of the 4 nights. Plenty of outdoor seating with a gas fire pit and blankets to keep us warm at night. The inside had a fireplace in the living room and had duraflame logs and wood provided. Comfortable recliner sofa with huge flatscreen TV. Owner even provided us with complimentary popcorn, chocolate and bottled water. Three bedrooms and 2 baths accommodated the three of us easily. One of the best homes we’ve ever rented! Will stay here again when in San Diego! Highly recommend!

Great spot in San Diego in an older but quiet neighborhood. Can be downtown and at beaches within 20-25 min. Host lives on site in the garage but we never saw her. Great communication with Janet and loved our welcome snack basket.

Family and I enjoyed our stay here. It served us well for our Vacation needs and the owner was very helpful addressing the issues we had.

This lovely home is decorated beautifully. The host was readily available for all questions and suggestions while in town. The home, felt like home including everything we needed and then some extras. I am very particular and expect the best when I travel. My family and I where comfortable and enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again if available for future SD visits.
