San Diego estate designed for quiet, calm relaxation and private vacationing.

My extended family had a great vacation out west to San Diego while staying here. House is very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The backyard is amazing! The view is unbeatable while swimming, grilling out, or hiking on the nearby trails.

This property was as advertised. It was roomy, relaxing, and the views were spectacular of the mountain ranges. There was easy access to San Diego with a 30 minute car ride. We enjoyed the military jets flying overhead from Miramar. We have a couple of TOP Gun fans in our family, and it was fun to watch the jets fly by the house. My grandchildren especially liked the pool and hottub. On those days we decided to have a down day, we played in the pool most of the days. My grandaughter is fond of saying two thumbs up if she likes something. Everyone gave a two thumbs up to this place.

The house is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The master bedroom is massive and is upstairs with 3 other bedrooms and a workout room (that we put the crib in for our grandchild). There is also a bedroom downstairs isolated from everything except the 2nd garage that has the ping pong table in it. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and there is a downstairs guest bathroom too. The owners have an additional bedroom that is not rented with the house.The backyard has the pool and spa with a forever view along with an outdoor barbeque setup and an outdoor bocce ball court. The pool table is in a room downstairs. The other garage has a 2nd refrigerator. My only correction to the listing is that I think one of the bedrooms is a double bed instead of a queen. It's a fancy setup so I'm not certain, but it seemed like a double.My grandkids swam without us heating the pool (which has a daily extra charge if you heat) and I should have just heated the spa (no charge) for the baby as the regular pool was cooler than the baby could enjoy.There are plenty of towels, etc and we used the washer and dryer which are very nice.We have rented many VRBO homes for family vacations and this one is superior.If you are not familiar with the area, you should know that the home is at the end of the development and the drive from where there are stores and restaurants is about 10 minutes. For us that was great as our other daugther's house is only 2 more minutes away.

Beautiful house with beautiful views! Our family of 9, including 4 teenagers, took advantage of the pool table, pingpong table, pool, and hot tub! We especially enjoyed the peaceful area and local hiking trails. Had a wonderful stay!

House is unreal. So beautiful and very spacious. Would give 10 stars. Host was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Will book again next time we go to San Diego

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home and neighborhood. The back yard, pool, spa, and view were the absolute highlight. The house is spacious and had everything we needed to spend a lovely week relaxing. Highly recommend!

This is a very beautiful property. The location was quiet and peaceful, near a park with nice nature walks. The view of the mountains at sunset from the pool and hot tub were spectacular.

We all had a great time. Very nice neighborhood , clean and organized home. We all felt welcomed and comfortable. Perfect amenities that we all enjoyed. We were able to go to San Diego for the day and come home to relax when we got back. Mehra was awesome when communicating with her. The whole experience was wonderful and memorable.

The property was large, clean, and worked well for our multigenerational family attending a wedding in Ramona. We enjoyed the backyard most of all.

Great house and pool.

We spent a week here and had a great time. The house is stocked with everything you would need and extremely spacious for everyone to spread out. The location is perfect to be close enough to all the things but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. It was very quiet and peaceful- with great views! My kids loved the hot tub.

We had 8 of us staying, 3 generations for a week. The property was great for the family, we played pool, ping pong, used the hot tub, cooked Christmas dinner and overall had a great time!!

Beautiful home, the backyard is peaceful with a beautiful view. Our group loved hanging out chatting at the outdoor table. Restaurants and stores only 15 minutes away. Relaxing and fun!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was perfect for our extended family. Beautifully decorated inside with gorgeous backyard pool and spa that was thoroughly enjoyed. We only wish the stay was longer!
