Jing was amazing to work with! Excellent communication, very knowledgeable, and just an awesome guy. The home was gorgeous, well stocked, walkable to everything- restaurants, shops, beach, bay. There are many chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, dozens of toys, and a dozen beach towels. Jing provides for everything you need, including laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and several essentials you will need for everyday life. Great, great place and host! Looking forward to coming back!

King’s house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Jing is super kind and very easy to communicate. We enjoyed the stay. I’d recommend this house!

This is the best stocked rental I have ever been in. Plenty of plates/cups/silverware, plus some pantry staples. The house was exactly as listed and the location is superb! Jing was a phenomenal, accommodating host. We are already planning our return to San Diego.

This was a great location. Steps to Bay. A few more to beach in opposite direction. Host Jing was amazing too. Chairs, towels, and wagon were great. We had fun using all the sand tools for a sand castle competition. We had 8 people and were comfortable. Our bed on bottom floor was super comfy. We made food and the kitchen was stocked with all tools we needed. The garage was a little too small for a Ford Transit. We exchanged for a Honda Odyssey and it fit but was tight. Maneuvering in narrow spaces with vehicle was a bit challenging, but that’s the nature of the area. I’m not sure how 2 cars can fit in the garage. But having parking at all was such a benefit for convenience. We made many great family memories and recommend this place to others.

The house was wonderful and very accessible. Jing was a wonderful host. She was very responsive when we had questions. The check-in and out was simple and smooth. The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. It is steps from the bay and a few more steps to the Ocean. Many choices of restaurants are a short walk. A great place to visit!

Excellent!

Cute beach house literally steps to the bay and super close to the ocean side. The best of both worlds. The host truly made our stay wonderful. I've stayed in several great VRBO properties but this host was the absolute best. Great communication, helpful suggestions, and the house had everything we needed (and more!).

The host was amazing. Her name is Jing, and she is so kind. She even had chocolate chip cookies waiting for us for when we checked in! She’s so nice. She was so thorough in going over everything, she replies literally within minutes each time. Her property was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again, or any property that has Jing as the host.

Our stay in SD was fantastic. Jing is a fantastic host and was readily available at any point if questions came up. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed during our stay.

Fantastic location!

Wonderful! Best description of this Home away from home. The property owner thought of everything! I mean everything. We travel as a family of 6 a lot so we frequently use VRBO and this might be the best experienced yet.The property owner was exceptional with communications, worked with us on check in & out times. Recommendations, etc. so much was provided! Any beach item needed! Also within the house-coffee pods, frother, cooking essentials, crockpot ,laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, condiments, cookies, drinks, cooler. The house is close to both the bay & beach with in a block. Lots of walkable restaurants, churches, grocery. Definitely appreciate all the extra thought to details! Thx you, Jing!!

Parking was easy and secure, great location adorable property. It was a extremely hot weekend and the only suggestion would to be able to put a vent that could be closed in bottom room as it was freezing and the parties in the upstairs room were dying of heat. Ithrrwise everything was on point and absolutely beautiful!

Our host was fabulous! It was our anniversary & she left us gifts. The kitchen is equipped with every size pan & bowl you could possibly need. Plenty of dinnerware & utensils for lots of occupants. We only used 1 bed and it was super comfy. Two choices to make your coffee & a water filter pitcher. I could go on & on but you just need to book it & see for yourself.

We loved our Mission Beach stay. The house was comfortable and we had everything we needed, with a terrific kitchen that made cooking meals easy. The host was extremely accommodating, and communication throughout our stay was excellent. The location is awesome—between the bay and the ocean. We biked or walked to coffee shops and restaurants and yoga class. Swimming and jogging was fun. It was also a quick drive to La Jolla Park. The airport is nearby which was convenient for travel. Loved the garage, easily fitting our rental car and bikes. We fully recommend this beach house!Trip highlights:•Five-day bike rental from Radd Action Sports. Set up the bike rental before we arrived and they delivered bikes to the house. Excellent bikes and great customer service.•Beach and Bay Bonfires— terrific bonfire service. Fun experience, beautiful sunset and wonderful evening on the beach.•The 25-mile Bayshore Bikeway ride from Imperial Beach. We rented electric bikes from IB Rents, which had excellent bikes and great customer service.•Whale watching tour with Legacy Whale Watch—we saw whales! It was also a terrific bike ride to the departure location.

Nicely appointed space. Kitchen was triumphantly well stocked with dishes and cook ware. Location was perfect to go to either beach or bay. All our trips were within 20 min of this location!! Host was a great communicator and very responsive when we had a hot water issue. Highly recommend this location and host!!

Host was excellent in responding to my messages in a very timely manner. House was comfortably clean and kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. For our first time staying in a beach town could not ask for a better host!

Well the house and its proximity to the beach and restaurants was amazing, but the real star of the show was the wonderful host, Jing. So helpful from start to finish and very nice to communicate with. We will be back to stay in this wonderful property again.

Perfect property for families with young kids

If you’re reading this review trying to decide if you should rent jings beautiful beach house, do it.. book it right now. Not only is Jing the best host we’ve ever had, their beach home was the cleanest, most stocked house we’ve ever stayed in.. located perfectly between mission bay and mission beach and fully stocked with every Utensil, chair, toy, cart you may need.. garage parking, comfortable beds and A/C.. 7 minute walk to a grocery store, 2 minute walk to restaurants including the best taco shop on mission beach.. we are already planning our next trip to stay in the same home again. Thank You!!!

We found the location to be perfect, so close to both the bay and beach! The house is set up nicely with everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen is well stocked with any cooking tool you may need and the BBQ outside was available and great to use! Jing, the host, was easy to communicate with and offered and earlier and later check in/out times.

We are so happy we found this property, Jing was so accommodating from answering all our questions and helping us on our arrival and check out. We really appreciated how well prepared the home was including so many household items. Thank you so much for making our family vacation so special.

The property and location was amazing but what made this stay even more special was the host. There were 11 of us traveling with little ones and they provided everything we could need from beach toys and chairs to pack n plays and high chairs. It made our stay such a breeze. Such a beautiful home in the perfect location! Able to walk to the beach and the bay in minutes. Easy commute to all attractions in San Diego. The house is perfectly suited for a family vacation! Can’t wait to go back!

What a place! We really loved the decor, cleanliness and set up of this home. The location was so convention to walk to the ocean and bay as well as many restaurants. Jing made checking in flawless. This home is Perfect in every way! A true gem and would definitely stay there again!

After staying downtown for the first part of the week for a business meeting, my work group wanted to get to the beach. Great location, so many beach towels and chairs etc. great for watching the sunset. Easy walking to the ocean and the bay. Great location. Jing was great to communicate with.

Highly recommend this property! The host was excellent with timely detailed communication and was so flexible. The property is so well equipped: everything you need for cooking and serving family meals, all the beach chairs, towels, surf/wave boards and sand toys you could ever need, and enough space for family time together as well as separate bedroom spaces for individual family units. The top floor features the perfect set up for a family with young children - the two special sleeping alcoves for kids are magical! Definitely happy we booked this property. Only note: If you have more than one SUV you will need to use street parking for one vehicle (the garage can only accommodate one). We parked on the street adjacent to Belmont Park (easy 1-mi walk away) because it was free and had no time limits. Lot parking near the house is rather expensive and limited to 2 hours.

Everything was as stated and host was very responsive and helpful

We stayed here with my children and their children. The layout is perfect for 3 families. When we arrived the host was very accommodating. Baked us cookies, had toys set up for the kids and a pack n play for the baby. Plenty of towels and beach chairs. We will definitely book again.

This home was perfect for my annual Girl's Trip. The number of beds and three bathrooms made it very comfortable for the 6 of us and we were impressed with the cleanliness and organization of everything. The location allowed us easy access to SUPing on the bay during the day and then evenings on the Pacific beach. The house is also stocked with beach chairs, towels, and a beach wagon. The owner texted periodically to make sure all was going well. We wish we could have stayed longer! We HIGHLY recommend this home.

What a beautiful time we had at this residence. It was a treat find coffee, plastic wrap, foil, a LARGE pot for boiling pasta ... everything one would need was provided. We also had everything we needed for the beach - kids' chairs, adult chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to take everything to the beach. I would absolutely recommend this residence, and especially this SUPER HOST, Jing. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at this special place.
