A nice house to rent. The outside seating area was excellent. Lots of beach equipment along with a nice selection of pool floats.The agents were easy to get hold of when booking.Happy to go back there again

Properly was clean, very family friendly, nice neighborhood and mgmt was very accommodating.

We were able to take daily walks and were close to shopping.

We had a very nice time. House was perfect for our stay. Floors need to be washed, not just swept. Our feet were very dirty each day from walking in the floors.

The only thing I would ask is if you could invest in some new pillows for the beds. They are pretty hard and uncomfortable for sleeping. I’m sure they get heavy use, and it’s a small thing, but I would make sure to get new ones regularly because it adds so much to the comfort level. Thank you again for such a great experience in your beautiful home. My family and I enjoy visiting Cape Coral and Sanibel, and it is just the perfect spot for us. We will be booking again next year! We had a wonderful vacation in the house Samual! And thank you so much for having pet friendly homes, that are completely fenced, so we can bring them along! We loved the spotless house, the backyard, and the very quick response, when the livingroom TV quite working! You are an amazing rental company, and we will see you again in the very near future! Our 2nd stay in a Vesteva property within 9 months. We’re from Ohio and drove 17 hours (each way) because of the great experience we’ve had. Ease of booking with Vesteva website, quick responses from Vesteva, very accommodating to requests, and I feel Vanessa genuinely cares about our comfort and experience while staying in one of her properties. We were able to check in (early) and check out with no contact and no issues. The house was exactly as described on the website, and we enjoyed it so much that we requested to stay an additional day (if it was not already booked). Vanessa responded quickly with approval to our request. The house was clean, fully stocked with linens, towels, appliances, kitchen necessities, the pool and lanai were also very clean and where most of our time was spent. The house was also conveniently located near tons of shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to Ft. Myers. Vanessa is genuine, very accommodating to requests, understands our needs and made great suggestions to meet our needs, responsive, and professional.

The house is the perfect size,has everything you need. The location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet. Close to grocery store and parks and perfect place to take long walks. Vesteva is fast and efficient at handling any situation as it arises and they have also been so kind as to suggest things in the area when asked.
