Stayed Jun 8, 2026Property at a good location, quiet neighborhood and close to beach. Fenced in yard for our dog. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Comfortable bed and super nice tile shower.

Stayed Apr 5, 2026Contacted the property manager day one regarding washing machine and dryer not working…not really a problem since we had family 2 streets over. Day 3 left message regarding horrid smell-possibly septic issue. NO response. NOT HAPPY. Dog poop in back yard not picked up. I would NOT rent again. Very very disappointing

Stayed Dec 13, 2025Yes, she was very helpful. It was very cold, the mini split didn't heat very well, so she brought a ceramic heater. The dishwasher kept blowing a fuse and she immediately got an electrian to fix it

Stayed May 22, 2025The location is great. Just a block from the beach and two from Carousel Market, so super convenient for everything. The house itself was very clean and matched the listing.Only downside: mosquitoes. The house had a bunch of them when we arrived. We killed over ten that first night and had to deal with more every day. Unfortunately, they ended up biting my 3-month-old baby, which was really frustrating.
