Salty Sea Breeze - short walk to Manasota Beach

Thanks for your speedy response for Grill and pool chair The home was clean superficially but under sofas for example was not The pool shower was unusable and general pool area grubby We did not let you know while there as you had already helped us with above items and the electricity blip, and felt it did not impact our vacation a lot due to spending time at the beach rather than majority around the pool area.

Comfortable and spacious, this house is a short walk to our favorite Florida beach.

We have stayed here multiple times over the past several years. We are always pleased with our stay. We will stay again. TMI is great to work with!

This was our 2nd year staying at this property and it was great again! We really enjoy the house, the pool and how close we are to the beach.

Great two bedroom vacation home, close to the beach, clean, with fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, pool and all kinds of equipment for the beach. It is in good shape, clean and so close to the beach you could walk. Communication with the property management was also pleasant and possible at any time. I would definitely recommend the cottage. The only small thing I would have to criticize is the very soft mattresses in the master bedroom. But since the softness of mattresses is very subjective, this does not have to be a negative point for other guests.

This was the perfect place. The layout was great. The pictures do not do it justice. There was so much room. Open floor plan, big rooms, and amazing outdoor spaces. The beach is super close. We loved it so much my wife wants it to be her forever home.

1. The property has construction site next to the house. We find out only when we arrive at the property. 2. Disposal in the kitchen sink did not work. 3. Old appliances. 4. Lots of cracked plates. 5. Remotes without batteries. 6. Ants everywhere. One of my kids was bitten in the face by ant at night and the wound did not heal until doctor prescribed some medications when we come back to Maryland.

My family and I, stayed for the week and had a great time. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and a couple of nice walking trails we’re just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again!

My family had a great vacation. The location was fantastic- super close to the beach. My kids loved the private pool. It provides hours of fun. The only complaint would be the tv seems to have cable but actually only gets about 5 channels. My kids were a little disappointed. I would recommend this rental.
