This newly refreshed beach house blends modern comfortwith breezy charm, offering a chef’s kitchen with gas cooktop and Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, two king bedrooms, and a bunk room the kids will love. Wander down for a morning coffee or lunch at Lagoon Yallingup Café, or take the scenic pathway through the trees to Caves House and its lush gardens. With the Cape to Cape Track nearby and options for surfing, diving, fishing, and easy swims, Saltwood makes it simple to explore, recharge, and reconnect. Together.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the backyard, deck, and secure digital entry via front and side doors. Linen supplies are stored in a locked cupboard; otherwise, everything is yours to enjoy.

Noise & Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay.



Leavers

We are currently not hosting Leavers bookings.



Pet Policy

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.



Rental Agreement

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement prior to arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Other notes:

Each room features its own split-system air conditioning for year-round comfort. Please note there is one shared bathroom, An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off after beach visits.
