We hosted a large family gather over New Years that included two homes in Movie Colony, including this exquisite home. It is gorgeous with tons of space inside for hanging out, cooking, playing games and visiting. The outside - fireplace, fire pit, yard, pool and spa - were the absolute highlight of the trip. The kids spent all day in the heated pool and the hotels spent wonderful hours around the fire pit. The home exceeded our highest expectations.

Josh and Kenny were outstanding. The house was spectacular. The pool was one of the best that I've ever used and made me wish for more time. Palm Springs itself was very interesting and had exceptional food. Just a great vacation.

Group of 6 - four adults and two teens. The place was very comfortable and spacious. Kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The management was very responsive. AC broke and they were there in 15 minutes to reset.

This was our third time staying at this house. It's a perfect place to kick off summer. The house is clean, well-maintained, and has a well stocked kitchen. The backyard is great for lounging in the pool and barbecuing. Location is only a mile from all the restaurants and stores. Property manager is great. We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing time at this location. Spent most of time with our adult children and grand children in beautiful back yard with heated pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor bbq was perfect and was able to eat outside most meals. House was very clean and everyone enjoyed it. Will rent this place again.

Girls trip and location was perfect. Fantastic yard with multiple places to hang. Close to restaurants, grocery/liquor store, shopping. Check in was thorough so we knew how to fire up the fireplaces, firepit and hot tub. John gave great recommendations. Would stay again!

This is our second time staying at this house, and it definitely won't be our last. It has a great loation, super close to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen counters were just redone. This house is well maintained. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The outside pool is wonderful. The misters near the bbq area a nice touch. Beds and linens are comfortable.

This is our second vacation at this property. It's even more beautiful this time than a few years ago. The pool and yard are spectacular. Everywhere you look there was beauty in the landscaping and detail. I truly love everything about this home.
