Beautiful property!

Had an amazing vacation with our family and another family. Four adults and 4 kids in total. The pool and outdoor area was perfect for us and the kids literally swam all day. The home layout and floorplan was excellent and had plenty of living space and all of the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. Every room has their own bathroom which is convenient. Kitchen was fully stocked so we had all of the cooking supplies needed and barware one could ask for. Would highly recommend this property for both families as well as a few couples. Access to downtown was super easy and only a couple miles from the airport. We hope to book this property again in the future.

The home was spectacular. 3 en-suites helped make our adult children and partners have the privacy they needed. Our granddaughter (8) enjoyed the beautiful pool (as did we all) with float toys, diving rings and basketball hoop to entertain her all day long. Everyone raved about its location to downtown area and Ruth Hardy park, which was easily reached on foot. Can’t thank Kenny enough for his help with reservation/payment process and Josh for the check in orientation. They both were easy to reach and responded quickly. All of it made for an amazing family retreat of reconnecting and having fun together. Can’t wait to do it all over again. Thank you!!Debby

Great location, close to downtown and grocery store. Beautiful house and property. Backyard felt like a mini spa. Very relaxing. Kitchen has everything. Great place for family.

We hosted a large family gather over New Years that included two homes in Movie Colony, including this exquisite home. It is gorgeous with tons of space inside for hanging out, cooking, playing games and visiting. The outside - fireplace, fire pit, yard, pool and spa - were the absolute highlight of the trip. The kids spent all day in the heated pool and the hotels spent wonderful hours around the fire pit. The home exceeded our highest expectations.

Josh and Kenny were outstanding. The house was spectacular. The pool was one of the best that I've ever used and made me wish for more time. Palm Springs itself was very interesting and had exceptional food. Just a great vacation.

Group of 6 - four adults and two teens. The place was very comfortable and spacious. Kids loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The management was very responsive. AC broke and they were there in 15 minutes to reset.

This was our third time staying at this house. It's a perfect place to kick off summer. The house is clean, well-maintained, and has a well stocked kitchen. The backyard is great for lounging in the pool and barbecuing. Location is only a mile from all the restaurants and stores. Property manager is great. We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing time at this location. Spent most of time with our adult children and grand children in beautiful back yard with heated pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor bbq was perfect and was able to eat outside most meals. House was very clean and everyone enjoyed it. Will rent this place again.

We have spent Spring Break in Palm Springs for over 30 years and have stayed at quite a number of places. This home is at the very top of our list. The location is ideal and the actual physical property is exceptional. It is even better than the photos show. It very much exceeded our high expectations. This house was by far one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. It was well stocked and super clean. The heated pool was amazing! And the check in check out process was seamless!

Girls trip and location was perfect. Fantastic yard with multiple places to hang. Close to restaurants, grocery/liquor store, shopping. Check in was thorough so we knew how to fire up the fireplaces, firepit and hot tub. John gave great recommendations. Would stay again!
