Stayed Sep 20, 2025This was my first experience with VRBO, and I must say everything was perfect. The host, Frank, was so helpful and pleasant with all communications- very responsive with any questions. You can tell that Frank takes pride in his property and wants his guests to enjoy themselves. The home is beautiful and perfect and comfortable for a family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for another family gathering. The deck with the pool was a definite plus that we all enjoyed- especially my grandchildren. The beach is so close, and shops and restaurants are a short stroll or bike ride away. Thanks again, Frank, for sharing your home with us.

Stayed Aug 18, 2025We had a wonderful stay at this Fire Island home! The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the beach and town. Frank, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely return!

Stayed Aug 28, 2024The house was as just as described. Rooms were very comfortable, had a lovely and very spacious deck and a heated pool. When not at the beach, staying in the house was equally a treat!

Stayed Aug 28, 2023We had a magical stay in our favorite place. Frank was extremely helpful and everything was accurately described. The home had ample supplies and was clean and very close to the beach. So many bikes for all ages, kids sand toys and lots of extras. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Stayed Jun 23, 2023We have such a lovely stay at Frank’s oasis in fire island. The house was perfectly located to town and close to the beach. The house was very lovely and clean but the outside stole the show. It was perfect for hanging out and made our trip that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here! Frank was also a pleasure to work with.
