Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds, thoughtfully spread over three levels for added privacy. With 2.5 baths, everyone has space to settle in comfortably. Bedrooms are positioned near bathrooms for convenience, and bathroom essentials and bed linens are provided. A washer and dryer make it easy to refresh after beach days. An elevator - with a cab at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - provides accessible movement between levels.

Living spaces
The open living area offers generous seating, natural light, and an HDTV for easy evenings indoors. Whether you’re streaming a favorite show or planning the next day’s adventure, Wifi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout the seasons.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with full-size appliances and a dining table for shared breakfasts or relaxed dinners. Step outside to the patio or balcony to enjoy the coastal air, or fire up the grill for an easy evening meal.

Outdoor living & beach access
Beach access sits directly across A1A, making sunrise walks and spontaneous ocean dips part of your daily routine. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are available for your convenience. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor pool - available all year, saltwater. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the North house.

Parking & access
A private entrance and self check-in via lockbox ensure a smooth arrival. Free parking on premises includes 3 spaces between the garage & driveway. The garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski. The home is equipped with smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for added peace of mind.

Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, this North Vilano Beach retreat is well suited for families, couples, or small groups seeking easy beach access and a relaxed coastal base just minutes from downtown St. Augustine.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was a last minute find for bike week. We did enjoy our stay but a little far for going back fourth to Daytona, but our fault for deciding on our trip last minute. The Pros : the large garage space ( truck, trailer, & bikes with room to spare), large rooms, clean, elevator for those who might need to use it, easy walk to beach. Cons: AC unit issues (they ask not to set AC below 72 deg. Which is where we set them, got back from ride and it was 78 deg on 3rd level), they ask you to leave the windows closed but with the AC issue opening the window would’ve been nice, No direct entry to pool area from the south unit (we didn’t have a need on this trip but what I could see you would have to go down the 26 steps into the garage, out the garage door to access a coded door then enter the pool area, just thinking if you have little kids this could be an inconvenience )Looked like the North unit has direct access to the pool area. Last would be A1A can be somewhat noisy. All said and done I our stay was good and would give 4 out of 5 rating.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the staff was very helpful in dealing with issues. I did feel that I was misled into thinking that the pool included a heated Therapy hot tub as the pictures and wording indicated. The Pool also is not easily accessible from this unit. I would recommend only with reservations.

    Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the SouthSide for Friday night and both the South & Northside for Sat-Sat. For the expense of the properties and cleaning fee, it was disappointing that the microwave was broken( they said one was ordered), dirty sheets, the shower head would not stay in place so you had to hold by hand, outside doors would not lock, one side of the four garage doors was broken, TV in one of the kitchens was going bad, one plate, no coffee cups in kitchen on North Side. One of the master bathroom toilets was not functioning properly and had feces when we arrived. Emailed and reported, they did come out 4 days later and fixed the toilet but no apologies or email response. I understand it was a Holiday but again for 8,000.00 you expect prompt service and top shape on a vacation property. Pool has no direct sun, and no direct entry from Southside property. The jacuzzi is not heated, the ocean was actually warmer than the pool and the jacuzzi. The ocean access from A1A was destroyed during the hurricane so you will have to walk 2-3 blocks to beach access. On a positive note: the views from this house are amazing! The kitchen provided a great space to entertain 3 families for our Holiday dinner. Plenty of space for 3 families, comfortable beds, a nice neighborhood, and close to downtown Saint Augustine.
