Beach & Pool Access
Just a short 1/4-mile stroll down the boardwalk takes you to the pristine beach, with a stop at the charming community pool along the way (open March–November).

With three spacious patios, you’ll find plenty of spots to unwind—whether it’s sipping coffee while watching the sunrise on the expansive screened-in porch, grilling on the back deck as the sun sets, or gathering around the propane fire table. Rinse off after a beach day in the convenient outdoor shower.

The serene master suite features a king-size bed and direct access to the back patio through sliding glass doors, blending indoor comfort with outdoor charm.

Relax in the inviting living room, complete with a large sectional, electric fireplace, and flat-screen TV—visible even from the dining area. Oversized sliding doors open to the screened porch, perfect for alfresco meals or evening lounging.

Rainy day Head to the garage for a game of ping pong. Planning a beach day We’ve got you covered with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and plenty of sand toys. For water lovers, two sea kayaks are available for exploring the bay.

Off the garage, a second screened-in porch features a cozy fire table and Adirondack chairs—ideal for winding down. There’s even an outdoor bar area with a vintage red cooler to keep your drinks chilled while you kick back and relax.
