Stayed Sep 14, 2025Unit was clean and comfortable and equipped with many recreation items like bikes and beach chairs. Located near the clubhouse facilities which are excellent and the indoor pool came in handy on a stormy day. Beautiful beaches are only a short drive or bike ride away. Not a fan of TV’s that only have streaming services. Difficult to sort through and find out which, if any, have active subscriptions. Instructions for that would have been helpful.

Stayed Jul 8, 2025We had an incredible time at this beach house—it was the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and convenience. The home itself was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept like babies after long, fun-filled days! We stayed with two families of four, and the setup worked perfectly. With the pullout bed, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, and it ended up being an incredibly economical option for our group. One of the biggest perks was being able to bring our dog along. Not only did it save us hundreds per night in pet boarding fees, but it also made the vacation feel complete. The dog-friendly setup was so thoughtful and appreciated. The community amenities were top-notch. The gym was well-equipped and never too crowded, and the pool was a relaxing retreat after mornings at the beach. We also had a blast playing shuffleboard in the evenings—such a fun bonus! Bikes were provided, and we used them every day to cruise down to the beach. It was so nice not having to worry about driving or parking. And let me tell you about the par-3 golf course—absolutely a highlight for me. I played every single day. I only hit one house with my ball (sorry, neighbors!) but it didn’t stop me from enjoying every round. All in all, this place delivered everything we hoped for and more. We can’t wait to come back next year!
