House was very nice - set up well for a golf trip group.

Very large house that is great for a family vacation. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed to cook a gourmet meal. Plenty of room to relax and spread out.

This house is gorgeous and plenty of room for extended family, with the kitchen to cook for them all! Pictures don’t do justice. A few cosmetic touches could be had, and maybe upgrade the pillows and linens on the bed (as mentioned under amenities). We plan to be back!

The house was very spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed eating in the sunroom and hanging out in the kitchen and living room. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so each family could have their own space. The laundry room was used quite a bit! The outside space was a little overgrown and dirty but nothing that a good pressure wash wouldn't fix. The neighborhood was awesome. The pool was a hit! The house was close to a lot of activities including downtown Bethany and the beach. Felt like a good value compared to a lot of other options in the area.

This was our 2nd year staying here for our annual golf trip. Great location and close to everything you need. The new stove and oven combo made this exceptional. Everything worked and was such a pleasure cooking. Amenities included make this our favorite house to stay in. Only suggestion would be to switch to full beds instead of twins. Any communication with Vacasa was switftly returned and resolved.

This is the second year a group of us have stayed at this house for the Ocean to Bay ride. Just like last year, the house was spotless when we arrived, everything was in it's place, and we settled in quite easily. The key fob system changed where we pick them up at the mgmt office, which eliminates opportunities to misplace them, so this is a good improvement. We loved our stay, and look forward to returning next year. Great house, great neighborhood!

The house was incredibly spacious and beautiful. Had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. The check in process was not clear as there were two lockboxes-one on the side porch and one in the back of the house. In addition, the apartment had not been cleaned. We called and they showed up the next morning to clean it.

The property is very nice, but could use some TLC to make it top notch.

The perfect house for a beach / pool / golf weekend. Enjoyed the big back yard as well. We loved it, thank you so much!
