Salt 112 is a cosy 60's built 3 x 1 brick veneer home and the perfect location for a beach holiday. It is furnished to provide a very comfortable holiday experience for up to 8 people. Bedding configuration is 1 x king, 1 x queen and a third bedroom with Queen sofa and 2 single beds. There is another single bed in the sunroom.
Salt 112 is old school with jarrah floors and high ceilings. The living area has a large Daikin reverse cycle air conditioner, a gas log fireplace and a wall mounted 48 inch tv. The dvd sound system has bluetooth capability so you can play music and videos from your portable devices. Complimentary NBN wireless internet is provided. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom. The separate dining area can seat eight. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm and to serve up your creations in style. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry have recently been extensively renovated. There is an induction cooktop, electric oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. A dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer are all there for your use.
The bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet. There is a separate toilet as well. The back deck and sunroom provide excellent places to relax and take in views of the ocean, lake and islands. A wall mounted Space grill BQQ is plumbed into town gas.. There is an enclosed yard for the kids (two legged and four legged) to expend energy and is safely fenced with 1.8m colourbond fence and 1.2m high farm gate at the side. If your dogs like to jump, the farm gate may not be sufficient to restrain them. Salt 112 is fur friendly so your best mate can have a holiday too! We do ask that you keep them off the furniture and that they are flea treated. Please don't leave them unattended in the main part of the house. They can use the back sunroom if they need to be left inside while you head out briefly. Salt 112 is a just a few minutes from the white sands of Middleton beach and Albany town centre.
All bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided.
You will need to bring your own beach towels.
Salt 112 is 100% no smoking inside.

Guests wishing to bring dogs with them will need to pay a $5 per day per dog.

    Has everything for a lovely holiday. Modern amenities, good location and views to Lake Seppings. Two doors from the best seafood cafe/restaurant in WA and a stroll to Middleton Beach and Strawberry Hill Farm. Generous rooms and a perfect backyard for a Kelpie. Only suggestion would be for blinds in the kitchen and laundry. We spent 8 nights at Salt 112 and definitely would return for another relaxing holiday.

    Our favourite place to stay when in Albany. Great for your pets too as the backyard is huge and secured, and there is a sleepout to protect them from the weather. Excellent location for those who love walks into the main shopping streets, popular cafes, parks and beach.

    Fantastic, laid back house close to beach. Well furnished, comfortable bed, lovely linen/towels, and lots of little extras (pantry items, coffee pods, soap...). Very quiet and relaxing location, set back from the road behind trees and hedges and excellent backyard for dogs. We've visited before and will visit again!

    We all enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Great backyard with secure fencing for the dogs. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with extra separate toilet suited us well for the number of guests we had. All bedrooms spacious with their own TVs. Would definitely stay again!

    Our second time at 112 Salt and everything was just as good. Could also see touches of small changes that will make any stay wonderful. Our Labrador had a great time playing ball in the huge backyard and a cosy sunroom used as an indoor kennel. The location is fantastic, very close to a great fish and chips restaurant and a stroll down to Naked Bean Coffee. Mark and Carolyn are friendly and very responsive.

    Met all our needs except our old Lab wouldn't use the open steps at the back. With excellent renovations underway I'm sure this will be addressed, loved the fish and chips so close.

    Gem located in the lovely locale of Middleton Beach, newly renovated interior with thoughtful features including heated towel rack in bathroom and sensor lights in laundry area. Huge enclosed backyard for our dog and close to popular fish and chips restaurant and coffee roasting cafe. Wonderful views of Lake Seppings in the distance from kitchen window and back decking.

    We had 8 fantastic days at Salt 112. The property is exactly as described, with a clean and complete kitchen, laundry and bathroom, comfortable lounge and a lovely sunroom which gets lots of winter morning sunlight. Our bed was very comfortable and the property does have air conditioning in the lounge which does feed into the kitchen and bedrooms passage. Our 2 fur babies loved the backyard and front lawn to play. While located on a main road, we really didn't hear or notice the traffic and we ventured all directions for walks to local cafes, parks and the beach. Mark was very prompt with all communications from booking through to assistance during our visit. Overall, this is a great house in a magic location and I wouldn't hesitate to book the property again for our next trip to Albany.

It is cosy, with a lovely sunroom out the back, great location, just a short walk to the beach and cafes/restaurants and a fabulous enclosed back garden for our furry family.     We spent 3 nights in this lovely home with our dog Barney. It has been recently renovated as was beautifully done. We were very comfortable & the home had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. Quiet even though on main road, large back yard for Barney & 10 min walk to the beach or lake walk. Loved our stay.
