Salobre Royal 1 is a holiday home designed around light, space and outdoor living. Set in the Salobre Villas area of Salobre Golf Resort, it offers a comfortable base for enjoying the south of Gran Canaria, with golf course views, mountain scenery and the privacy of your own pool and terrace.



The property has 250 m² of living space on a 750 m² plot. Itsstrongest feature is the way the house opens towards the outside: the large terrace, private pool, garden, sun loungers, covered area and outdoor dining space create an easy holiday rhythm — morning coffee in the sun, time by the water, and long evenings after a day at the beach, on the golf course or in Maspalomas.



Inside, the house feels spacious and practical. The living and dining area connects naturally with the kitchen, making it easy to cook, share meals and spend time together. It is a good choice for families or adult groups looking for a private holiday home in Salobre Golf with comfort, open views and plenty of room to enjoy the Canarian climate.



The house has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 adults and 1 baby up to 2 years old in a cot. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower.



For a comfortable stay, the property includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, Smart TV, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, wine fridge and garage. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer.



The private pool measures 4.15 x 7.80 metres and has a depth of 1.50 metres. Electric pool heating is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C. The house also has an outdoor shower and a gas barbecue available at an additional cost.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, pool towels, mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 7 nights and pool cleaning twice a week.
