This is not a showy home; its appeal lies in a practical layout, a generous outdoor area, a private pool and a locationwithin Las Terrazas, one of the complexes inside Salobre Golf Resort.



The property offers 115 m² of living space on a 260 m² plot and can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. It works well for families, two couples with children or adult groups looking for a comfortable holiday home with its own outdoor space and a close connection to the Salobre landscape.



On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 130 x 200 cm, 1 bathroom with shower and a living and dining area with kitchen.



The outdoor space is where much of the holiday naturally happens. The large terrace, covered area, garden, sun loungers, parasol, outdoor dining area and 5 x 3 metre private pool create an easy setting for days in the sun, time by the water, meals outside and long evenings after the beach, golf or exploring the south of Gran Canaria.



Inside, the house offers practical equipment for a comfortable stay: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



Electric pool heating is available at an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and mid-stay cleaning with linen change for stays of more than 9 nights.



Charcoal barbecue: €80.25 per stay.

Dogs on request, with an extra charge per dog: €80.25 per stay.

Security deposit: €300.00.

Not available for groups of young people.

Smoking is not allowed except in the outdoor areas.
