Guests have access to TWO community pools and a short, 5-minute stroll to private neighborhood beach. Please note - neighborhood restrictions prohibit golf carts and on-street parking.

My family and I stayed at this house during fall break and it was such a wonderful time. This house is on a sweet little street and walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. We plan on coming back soon!
We had a great time taking our teens on spring break. We rented bikes and they could go everywhere from this location. Would definitely come back!
This was a great vacation home for my family. Very clean and well-maintained. It was just a short walk to the beach. It had ample space and comfortable furniture. We would gladly stay here again for our next beach trip.
We loved this house and all the rooms to accommodate our family. We never felt cramped. Beds were very comfortable. I would say the floor needs a good deep cleaning. We got that house specifically because it was close to the Beach but ended up having to walk far every day anyways because the umbrella beach service takes up all of the beach line. Kind of frustrating but other than that great stay.
House was great. Well kept property in Summer’s Edge. Plenty of room for our family of 5 including 3 older teenagers. Screened-in porch upstairs was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall, great house in a great neighborhood.

First, I mopped the floors the day we arrived when I immediately realized they had not been. Other than that, the house was nice. I would recommend cable tv for the whole house. The only tv getting local regular channels was in the family room. It’s the first time I’ve been unable to watch tv in bed. Nice TVs were hanging on the wall just had the option of Netflix.
We had a great stay at this property! The location is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly! The house was huge and has so much potential! The only complaint we have is that it could have been cleaner . We called the property manager to clean a bathroom that we think had been missed and she sent someone right over !!Overall we had an excellent stay.
