St. Pete - Clearwater Vacation Rental Heated Pool & Hot tub, Beach

Awesome pool. Host was quick to respond. Would benefit from an outdoor clothes drying rack, patio table and chairs to eat outside. 4th bedroom pullout sofa sleeper is toast but room is big enough for a blow up mattress. Lastly, more comfortable chairs in living room to facilitate watching movies would be a bonus!

The property was very clean and exactly as listed. The pool was large with plenty of towels and seating on the patio. It was about a 10 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. Just wish we could have walked to the beach from there. The property manager was attentive and responsive. We would highly recommend this property!

This house is spectacular and ideally situated for the beaches on the gulf coast from st Pete’s to Clearwater . 8 mins to nearest beach and only 30 to St Petes. 30 minute drive to Tampa airport 40 mins drive to Busch gardens House was spotless and everything you could possibly need . Beds all really comfortable. Kitchen & living space perfect . Pool was amazing kids ( and adults ) loved the diving board . Only downside was that jets on jacuzzi were not working . ( Jeff did say he would run through how to get them working . It wasn’t a big thing and we were all so tired in evenings to use it so didn’t trouble him Host Jeff has been brilliant from 1st booking to while we we there . Thanks for a wonderful vacation we would highly reccomend .

Very clean, comfortable home. We had 4 adults and 3 kids with room for everyone. I’m not sure about it sleeping 12, but the home would easily sleep 9

Very clean. Plenty of space. Nice furnishings. Huge tvs. Comfy beds with good pillows amd soft sheets. Close to activities. Easy communication with owner. Definitely recommend.

The house is very nice and newly updated. Spacious, large TVs, very comfortable. The back pool area is wonderful. I had a few questions for the owner and he responded immediately Overall it was a great experience. Thanks!

Very clean place. Very easy check in process and communication with owner. We had 3 and 3 kids (ages: 3 &5). The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds. Both beds in the bunk beds were full size beds which was great. Bedrooms had plenty of space and awesome closets. Beds were very firm. Everything seemed new. We did use the pool. The weather was 65 and windy most of the time which is chilly for Florida. We paid extra to have the pool heated. It took a few days for the pool to be heated to a comfortable temperature but once it was there it was great. No complaints. Would definitely recommend staying here.
