Stayed Apr 6, 2025Pool was fantastic Outdoor area had many fun things to entertain everyone All smart TV’s made it easy to connect.Clean and comfortable interiorHouse cooled pretty quickly as it was quite warm upon arrival Only negative was check in wasn’t until 4 and check out was 10 so that definitely shortened the day of arrival and pushed out the departure Host was great with communication

Stayed Mar 19, 2025Clean, well stocked and maintained, host was a rock star! Staff excellent, close to anything and everything- first time staying in a home close to St Pete & Clearwater- normally in a hotel or resort on beach, loved this stay in private home much better! Hope to return soon!

Stayed Mar 9, 2025Great place to stay and plenty to keep the kids/teenagers entertained! Pet friendly and they have everything you need for your pets. Short drive to the beaches and theme parks. Host was able to accommodate an extra night stay last minute would highly recommended if you are visiting in the area!

Stayed Feb 24, 2025With just a week before our scheduled vacation, we found out our reservations had been canceled months earlier with just an email due to damages received from hurricanes over the winter but in an effort to make things right, they put us up in a hotel that was 3x the money. You know how the saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true? Well upon arriving to the address of the hotel, it was a Comfort Inn, located in a sketchy neighborhood and every area of the hotel had a different unique smell. I was prepared to cancel our trip and return home but scoped out a few locations on VRBO. I reached out to this owner and I had a response within minutes, and reservations starting later that day to cover our time there. This home was exactly what we were looking and originally hoping for. There was ample separation of space so we weren't on top of one another and plenty of space to congregate when desired. The game room was fantastic as was the HEATED pool which was a fav. All throughout our stay the owners were available and communicated extremely well, I would absolutely rent from these people again and this was one of the better rentals we've stayed in over the years.
