Professional cottage on 1/2 acre lot in quiet country setting

Host was super friendly and welcoming as well as accommodating for early arrival and late departure. Rental was super clean and organized and the location seemed very safe and was ideal for our family visit. Rental was stocked with everything we could possibly need! Thanks Gigi! We would definitely stay here again on a return visit!

We had a lovely stay in a very cozy cottage. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt like we were staying in the country. There was room to stretch out, and everything was well-supplied and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. We liked the chairs with ottomans for TV watching, and also appreciated the recliner couch for reading.

Place was clean, well decorated, and in a great location. Definitely recommend!

This was the perfect place to work away from the office while vacationing. The setup was awesome and the host was very helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

This cottage was just what we needed for the couple days in Tampa for the wedding we attended. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms share one bathroom and the other bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen. The house was very clean. All the equipment worked well. The kitchen was fully equipped. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood in a pleasant neighborhood. The exercise bike came in handy and worked well. We were very pleased with our experience and will stay again.

This cottage size place is much larger then it looks. Bedroom is great size. Though one bed does squeak a bit. There is two bathroom with shower. One shower tub is a bit tall. The back shower is just a stall. The fridge no longer makes ice but ice tray are provided. There is three couches and two recliner. A place where dining table would be is instead a very large desk. The host has provided lots of extra such a charging cable and extra paper and pens. There is two car garage but never used it. The area seems safe. You are in the horse/stable area which has a horse trail near by. Again everything was perfect for us. Do not hesitant to book this place. The host even offer a late check out. The large is quite large as well.

This cottage was exactly as decribed. It is very well equipped, and comfortable. Gigi is a wonderful host and we will stay there on our next visit to Florida.

Gigi is very easy to work with. The house is not overly large, but they make the most of the space. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There is ample seating and it is all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utinsils. We would visit again. Thanks for the great get away.

I highly recommend staying at this cottage. It was clean, very well stocked and supplied, and located on a quiet pretty street. Gigi was an excellent host- we had no issues or problems, but if we did I have no doubt she would be ready to help. The check in and check out was very easy.This truly was one of the best places we've stayed out using VRBO.

The host was very responsive and clean, and the house was well-kept and very clean. We had no issues, and the location was central to what we needed and where we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again.

Stayed in this nice cottage July 18th - 21st while in town for a memorial service.The property was very clean, comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. We came back again for another visit to the area. It felt like coming to our vacation home. We didn't have to worry about what to expect because we knew we were in for another great stay. Gigi is such a great host. The property is just off the main road ways so it is easy to get around. We came down for the beaches and baseball game, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There's so much to do within a short drive but your stay is in a quiet neighborhood. We will look to stay here again in the future.
