A beautiful property. We were in the area for my fathers funeral and it fit our large family comfortably. Clean and well kept. The property matched the listing and then some. We enjoyed the stay.

Conveniently located house with lots of room to spread out. The bathrooms are particularly large, which is nice when sharing with others.

A slight SNAFU upon check-in but all ironed out immediately. We had a wonderful time!

This is a return stay for our family, 2024 Mardi Gras now Wedding/Christmas Celebration. The Saint John Inn is very walkable to Downtown, Johnson’s Boucaniere across the street and Bon Vie for desserts make this location perfect,

Communication was very lacking.

The host was very responsive and the amenities were wonderful.

My stay was great! The place was very clean and just as described. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, had a great stay with family. Able to walk downtown to some of our favorite local spots.

It was perfect. We loved everything about the house and location. Very grateful to have had the chance to stay here. The hosts were VERY responsive and helpful. One of the best places we've stayed anywhere.

We loved our stay at the Saint John Inn. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It is close to Downton which made exploring Lafayette easy! We would definitely stay here again.

Our son got married in Youngsville on July 4th. Our family all stayed together in this spacious, comfortable home. The venue was about 20 mins away and other events and gatherings were 10 to 20 mins away so location was not too bad. Only downside was the roaches in the house. And because it’s an older home and it was July, it was hard to keep the house cool during the day while getting ready for our events.

My husband and 4 kids ages 10-17 were traveling through to Florida. The home allowed all kids to have their own space and was secured with an alarm system, which made us feel better. The home was very welcoming and comfortable for all of us.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to not having enough coffee for 7 ladies after specifically asking about it. I had to drive to McDonald’s. The fan in one upstairs bedroom did not work. Otherwise it was clean, well appointed and safe.

Highly recommend this rental while in Layfette! 5 star! Great location in town. Close to restaurants and bars. Comfy and spacious! We enjoyed our time and will be back! Thank you.

Nice location, short commute to Cajun Dome for conferences. Plenty of room and options for cooking or spending time with family and friends.

Two generations in town for a family reunion. Cousins stayed here. Loved being in town, great food and entertainment options from this big sunny home. Very comfortable with multiple places to gather. Hosts friendly and helpful.

Bridal party stayed here for a wedding. The house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone and space was accommodating for hair and makeup station setup.

The Saint John Inn was great! It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We especially loved the front porch! We’ll be back.

Enjoyed it

The details for check in were not provided until after 10 am day of our check in. They were accurate. However, when we arrived at the property for a family wedding, we could not find a simple kitchen item. It was clear that at one point the property had one, however, I was concerned that may be a theft had occurred from the property. I notified the property manager at the same time we had suspicions. The property manager never returned my call. After we left the property I noticed that a family member had lost an earring. So we sent the property manager an email concerning it, and to date, we have received no response. Overall, I sent three emails to the property manager and left one voicemail and none were responded to any.

It was a great place for our family to stay while in town for a football game. Clean, comfortable, convenient and lots of room!

We had a very nice stay at saint John inn( we were two families of 4), the house is big and nicely decorated. Nice location to visit the surroundings (Lake Martin, Vermillionvillage, atcafalaya bassin,…).

My extended family attended a wedding in Lafayette and this was a perfect location. Home was lovely. Very comfortable. Would highly recommend a stay here.
