St. Haven - Private Hot Tub, Near Amphitheatre & Anastasia State Park Beach

The host were amazing! The house was very clean and decorated beautifully! Definitely would stay here again. My family felt it was a home away from home!

This property is nonrefundable but they do not disclose the full rules on the post until after you pay so you cant do a thing about it! The outside of the house is off limits after 10! So that hot tub and fire pit you see you can’t use once you get back from the city! This was our anniversary I looked forward to experiencing as much of the city as possible and coming back and relaxing in the hot tub! Being quiet wasn’t an option it was just strictly off limits! All through your binder you’re threatened with fees for almost anything! You would think you could use the tub you see since you can’t use the hot tub but you will be disappointed! The tub empty’s as fast as it fills and by the time you get the water over the jets they don’t work so its pointless! forget about a hot shower after all of that because you WILL be out of hot water! The shower in the master also has no shower curtain so you will freeze while you soap up! Also do not expect to find towels in the bathroom! You have to explore random closets throughout the house to find those! The communication with the rental agency was a joke! They’re unprofessional and unapologetic! They interrupt your vacation to get you to check out early for the convenience of their cleaners and their ”busy schedules” when I told them I didn’t care for that they decided to argue with me over it. We also had to check in 1 hour late due to HVAC issues and when trying to contact the agency to see what was wrong it took 2 hours to here back

Pristine house in a beautiful neighborhood. Only half mile walk to the St. Augustine Ampitheater. Also has quick private access to the beautiful Anastacia State Park. The perfect place for what we needed.

Beautiful and great location. House was immaculate, very clean and updated. It's a quick drive to downtown and the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The downfall is that all the beds were very uncomfortable, so hard, like sleeping on the floor. Also, they need to provide more pillows. Each king sized bed has only 2 pillows and no extras provided. So one pillow per person.

This home exceeded our expectations. The design and decor were top notch. Honestly, it was the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The furniture was super comfortable, including the king sized bed with soft cozy linens. My husband made use of the hot tub. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and dining on the quiet secluded patio. It's like a little oasis from which to explore the area. Thanks to David for his professional and always prompt interaction with us. Excellent!

This home is more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect get-away for 3 friends; super-comfortable king beds, kitchen with everything you need; clean hit tub, quiet neighborhood; lively fenced yard. Walkable to Anastasia State Park and downtown St Augustine. The owners communicated frequently with all the information we needed. I would highly recommend this home away from home!

The house was a great place to getaway for a refreshing long weekend. The amenities were comfortable, clean, and well set up. The hot tub was in great condition and was well used while relaxing at the house. The neighborhood felt quiet and secluded enough to decompress, but the location was ideal for getting to our favorite places around St Augustine and St Augustine Beach.

My partner and i had a wonderful, peaceful stay ! We loved the area and felt so cozy and calm. We loved the attwntion to details and labels
