St Ann Home - Great for Groups - Steps to Quarter

We had a great time. Location is wonderful and just a short 10min walk to the French Quarter. We had plenty of room for our group of 4. Everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable

Enjoyed the property. If you are able to walk at least a mile very convenient to French Quarters. There were several events going on so Parking on street was tight. Initially very rapid communication with host but for some reason my last message never answeredWould recommend book detailing check in check out process be left visible and not a under other magazineOver all would definitely recommend

This house accommodated our group perfectly! We were in town for Mardi Gras and being able to walk to the parade route was so convenient. The host was responsive and helpful. I'd stayed here again.

We enjoyed our stay - close to everything while still being quiet in the evenings. Communication was easy with the hosts and wewill def stay here again on our next trip

Spent Christmas with my family in this cute Treme house. Plenty of room for 3 generations and pets to spread out. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Louis Armstrong Park was next door we enjoyed daily walks with the dogs through the park. Easy access to French Quarter, CBD, and Garden District. We had a beautiful Christmas!

Great place to stay that’s close to everything. House was big with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and the AC was perfect.

Long weekend with friends - tours, great food, gambling, golfing. The house was perfect, plenty of room for all, walkable to most things Nahlins. We cooked great meals in the kitchen when we weren't out enjoying the local stellar cuisine. I would recommend this house to families and friends.

The house was amazing for our girls trip! It comfortably slept 8 of us, each in our own queen size bed (with one bed to spare even). The memory foam mattresses were luxuriously comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms each had a bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed, even coffee (k-cups) in the morning. You could easily walk to the French quarter (the quickest route being through Armstrong Park). The park does close at 7pm, though, so you’ll have to go the longer way around after that. As with any city, I’d suggest not walking at night alone. We always had at least two of us after 10pm. I’d definitely recommend this place for large groups and I’d 100% stay again.

Home was as described and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent, fast and helpful. The location was okay, but not quite close enough to walk to the French quarter for us. With a bigger group, it would be no problem though. I would stay here again.

Perfect house with lots of room for entire family of 10 to sleep very comfortable. Great bathrooms and big kitchen and living area to hang out. Definitely recommend again!

We had a group of 10 who stayed at this home. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Ride shares were always not too far away whenever we ordered. The pictures of the house are all accurate. There was more than enough room for everyone. The place is very cozy and we had no real complaints. The AC is strong and the water gets hot quickly. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this home with no hesitation.

Loved this property, communication was clear and effective, the beds were so darn comfortable all 7 of our party (with varying needs for sleep) had amazing sleep here! We loved the location and quick 15 min walk to the French Quarter, and the AC was great at keeping us sane when the humidity tried to destroy us!

Everthing was awesome, my group had a blast! The house was spacious and provided us with everything to make our stay comfortable. It's location was perfect as we walked too almost all of the attractions. The walking also allowed us to eat well and walk off the calories lol.

We had a wonderful 4 nights here as a group of 8 friends. Lots of space in the house with modern facilities and good number of bathrooms (4). The location is ideal - just walk straight through Armstrong Park to reach the other side of St Ann street - literally minutes from Bourbon & Royal street in the French quarter. We also discovered the local (Treme) coffee shop which became our daily breakfast spot. Really good coffee, food & friendly staff. A 4 minute walk away. Everything was great including communication with the managing agent - brilliant service - thank you !

Perfect setup for what we needed for a get-together, enough space for everyone.

We booked this reservation with the idea to have enough beds for each of our friends so that no one had to share beds since we are in our 30s. Beds were comfy & clean. There was plenty of space and having 4 bathrooms was great for helping our group get ready in a timely manner. We wanted a historic looking place that felt like New Orleans and this definitely fit the vibe. It was a beautiful home and felt taken care of. We had plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap and paper towels that lasted our trip that was supplied by the host. Everything was pretty much in walking distance for us which was convenient and we only rode the trolly and caught Ubers to the garden district. Everything else we pretty much walked to. The host was great at communicating with our group and helping with the check in process. Overall we had a very positive experience. The only thing I would change about the home would be having more dresser storage in the bedrooms and maybe a small table or something in the upstairs bathrooms that would provide counter space for our hair & makeup products near the bathroom sinks. The closets were spacious and came with hangers so that was convenient but there wasn’t much in the bedrooms to sit your charging phone on for the night or a place to sit anything other than using the floor or our suitcases. I would recommend this place to a friend!

This house is really spacious and is in a great location very walkable to the Quarter. There are plenty of beds for a big group and a nice outdoor space in the backyard.During our stay, there was unusually cold weather for New Orleans, and we experienced an HVAC issue where the upstairs rooms were REALLY hot and the downstairs was REALLY cold - the first night our group wore jackets and beanies to sleep. Historic's customer service was really responsive and came early in the morning to check on the HVAC and send the repair team. It seems there is an issue with how the HVAC was set up and their HVAC team said they are working on a long term fix. I still rated the house at a 4 because of the level of responsiveness of the team - but I would recommend considering the projected weather. In a more temperate time of year, it probably would have been fine, but we highly considered leaving after that first night. We are thankful that the team acted with urgency and the temperature was fixed for the rest of the trip.Another small recommendation I would have is to add night stands in the bedrooms because there are no tables/dressers/night stands and not a lot of counter space in the bathrooms. If we could use half star ratings, I would probably rate this house a 3.5 due to our experience, but I did give the benefit of the doubt and round up because I think we had a fairly unique experience with the weather.

This was an excellent place for my group of 8 to stay a few days before we set sail to Jamaica. Location was great, French quarters area. House was cozy and cute and plenty big enough.

We had a great time! The place was great for the 7 of us. We had plenty of space for all the fun. We were there for New Years’ Eve 2025 and the property manager called us to make sure we were okay on New Years’ Day after the horrible terrorist attack on Bourbon Street. She was absolutely great.

This house was perfect for our trip! Having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was amazing. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was close to everything with either a brisk walk or quick Uber ride. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, but a couple days before our trip they sent a very long list of rules. I understand it's New Orleans, but I feel that information needs to be sent earlier. It did not keep us from having a good time though.
