Short version: Both toilets clogged and backed into the showers the morning of my wedding and the host blamed it on my group, lied to me and Vrbo support about when I messaged him, and offered no refund other than the extra money I paid to checkout late, despite losing the whole second day. Thankfully Vrbo refunded an additional portion of the stay after the host refused.Longer version: I booked this for the night before/morning of my wedding to get ready in. I paid extra for a later checkout time so I had more time to get ready, and told the host it was my wedding day.The morning of my wedding at 7:30, the toilet in the first bathroom clogged, leaked, and backed up into the shower. I notified the host at 7:41 (this time has been confirmed by Vrbo support), and the host said he would keep me updated. Shortly after, the second toilet clogged and backed up into the tub while someone was showering, and I messaged the host again. After not hearing anything from the host for an hour and a half, we had no choice but to flee to another rental because, again, we needed to get ready for my wedding.I messaged the host later asking for a partial refund for the day we couldn’t use the facilities, and he only offered to return the late checkout fee I paid. He then blamed me and my group for causing the problem instead of his old house, and lied to me and Vrbo support claiming I hadn’t messaged him until 9:30.Only book if you are willing to risk the host blaming you instead of helping

When we arrived the house was in great condition from a cleanliness standpoint. There was an issue with one of the doors that was promptly repaired. Overall this was a great experience and we would stay here again.

Location was great. Close to highway access, food and entertainment. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Thank you for being flexible at check in.

We arrived at the property when it was dark and the front door did not have a porch light on. The drive takes you to the side of the house with several doors. I had to message the host to ask how to get in, lol. It would have been fine had the porch light been on for the front door where we needed to enter the code to get it. It was just so dark you couldn’t see where the front of the house was located.Floors were very dirty and no dishwasher pods available for the dishwasher. Kitchen chairs have a lot of stains on them.

We had a wonderful experience. The house was great and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. The host was very friendly, responsive, and flexible, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Rob was so quick to answer us with our needs. We needed the code to get in the house and we had a few issues that popped up during our stay but was taken care of in a timely manner. Rob was very kind and accommodating. Great area and close to everything!

The host was great, the house was the perfect size for our family Christmas & absolutely beautiful. The weather was gorgeous so we spent a lot of time on the patio with a grill & fire pit. The property is large & secluded plenty of places for family photos. The boys loved the pool table & the room was perfect that we could all hang out together. It is a convenient location to attractions & shopping. The kitchen is large which was perfect for making Christmas dinner. Thank you Rob for a wonderful stay.

Good communication with the host. Clean with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table. Beautiful yard.

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to everything yet plenty of privacy and parking. I even saw two beautiful deer on the morning I left.

We had a very nice time! The only issue was that there is business behind the property with some truck traffic. Otherwise had a very nice stay. We enjoyed the game room!

Overall place was clean and located near most places you would visit. Check in was a mess, never got the code to get in. 5 adults- 3 nights, two rolls of toilet paper. Would have really loved to see more and not go to a store to buy some more.

I had a great time at this VRBO meeting up with some.friends to explore Louisville. The location is convenient, with nearby grocery/restaurants. It's close for an easy Uber to get downtown, but far enough out of the city that's it's easy to drive to this to places east of the city as well.Plenty of parking, and a great evening hangout for a group of adults exploring the area.

My niece was getting married at Muir Chapel. It was about 2 miles away from the VRBO, perfect location. Convenient to other shopping and dining locations too. The house was big enough for our family of 6 and could have slept more! Pool table was perfect for everyone to wind down the day. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Pay attention to your GPS, the directions are just a little bit off.

Private location but close to everything. Pool table and hot tub were great on days we had a few hours to kill between events. Close to expressways, shopping and airport but quiet and secluded.Owner was very responsive to requests and checked on us to be sure all was good. Spacious rooms.

We had a weekend wedding at Gheens Foundation and this rental was a great space for us in between wedding activities. Very spacious, beds all slept great, kitchen was well equipped, nice outdoor space, and plenty of parking. My only concern was no access to the washer and dryer but it wasn’t a big deal since it was only two nights. The owner was very responsive! Great place for a large family!

The place is nice and as described for the most part but we had some issues. Our checkin info didn’t have a code, it took almost 2 hours after checkin of calling and messaging the owner to get the code and we missed some plans. The electrical in the house was not working in some rooms at all. The drainage stopped working due to what seemed to be septic issues. Also the hot tub was drained and not useable.

Great place good time

Had a great night stay here. Lots of activities to do in the house with the pool table, TVs, and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable. Overall, great stay!

Our stay went well. Plenty of room for 11 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub and the closeness to dining, shopping, and interstates.

Very pleased with the overall cleanliness and location of the property. Owner was cery prompt in answering any questions. Near a lot of restaurants.
