Clean and quiet. The gated neighborhood was a big plus. Great host also.

Check-in was a breeze, thanks to Beatrix providing our door and gate codes well ahead of time. The parking spot is generously sized and conveniently located right in front of the unit. Inside, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome packet in the living room.On the short walk to the beach, there's a nature preserve pond where you can feed birds, fish, and turtles. That was a delightful surprise! The beach itself is clean and, for July, impressively peaceful.Beatrix was warm, responsive, and even stopped by to ensure we had everything we needed. The unit is stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay and a relaxing day at the beach.We are already planning our stay for next year!

I am a returning guest here, and again we had an amazing stay. Fantastic host and perfect house for our vacation. We enjoy very much the location and accommodation. Supper clean, well stocked and easy walk to the beach.We will come back!

Me and my family (3 kids ages 4 to 8) had a wonderful time staying at this location. That's only about a five minute walk to the beach. A couple minutes drive to Saint Augustine's main beach and a ten to fifteen minute drive, 2 saint augustine's downtown. There's also a grocery store less than 30 Secs away. And most of all, the owner is super responsive. Thanks for a great family vacation. We would totally stay again!!

Everything was as described, loved everything about it! The location was great for beach access, but was also within walking distance to other things, like Starbucks, a surf shop, etc. The pool got the teen boys’ approval, so that’s something. Great communication with Beatrix, she left so much info regarding restaurants, etc that was very helpful!

Better in person than in pic's, great location close to beach & shopping, restaurants ect would definitely stay at one of there places again

Great location, quick access to beach, grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. This place has everything you need to get away and cook at home or go out to eat. Complex also has a pool nearby.

Owner was very easy to contact & responded in a friendly & short time. My husbands family has been staying in this condo community for a week each summer for the last 37 years. We had previously rented from the condo association but those units are NOT updated and do not provide you with anything! This unit was updated very nicely & clean! Literally provided more than what you needed to enjoy a few days or longer at the beach. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The location was perfect in the community as it was very private. The patio was so nice to sit out and not see any neighbors. Definitely would recommend this owner & unit to anyone!

We booked this townhouse very last-minute. We were thrilled to find such a nice place that was on the beach but close to other things we wanted to see/do. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, Beatrix was a fabulous hostess. Anytime I had a question or concern, she responded promptly and was very helpful, even bringing us a beach chair one day. The townhouse was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed: from toiletries to towels, beach chairs and an umbrella, even sand toys! We loved staying in a separate bedroom from the kids, and they each had their own bed, too! The couches were so comfy and made for the perfect spot to watch a movie or show together to wind down before bed. Having a washer and dryer was great and allowed us to wash most of our clothes before heading back home (one less thing to worry about when you get back home ?). The townhouse is only a short walk to the beach, and the pool is even closer! We found great places to eat, some based on Beatrix’s recommendations, including Taco Libre and Sunset Grille, and the BBQ place near Fort San Marcos was so so good. A tour of Downtown St. Augustine as well as a Ghost Tour/investigation of the Lighthouse (yes we had encounters) and a trip to The Fountain of Youth (it tastes terrible, but the weapon and canon demos were pretty cool in the Park) made for an incredibly memorable trip! We loved everything about this home, and we’ll definitely be booking with Beatrix again!

Well appointed condo that had all the essentials and more. As promised, the unit was clean at check in. Comfortable living room with plenty of sitting. Bedrooms were large with nice quality bedding with plenty of towels for bathing and the beach. Kitchen is small but fully functional - host provides the basics like salt, pepper, and food wraps, plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry supplies. Great location - only a few minutes walk to the beach and close to St Augustine Beach spots. We have stayed in many St Augustine locations and this is clearly one of the tops.

Everything was fantastic! Accurate description of everything and the house is very well appointed. Anything you might need is already provided by the host. We had a wonderful time, the beach is absolutely gorgeous, the community is very quiet. We will be back.Thank you for taking such good care of us!
