Welcome to the Seahorse at Sabal Key in Bradenton FL



This cute townhome is conveniently located just off Rt 70 between i75 and Bradenton Beach in a gated community chock full of amenities.

This brand new rental property professionally decorated in a cheerful coastal theme will be sure to boost your spirits all while providing you the comforts of home. Enter the gates into the secure townhome area of the complex to a unit with pretty back views overlooking a large lake. There is an assigned parking space right in front of the unit. The unit is sparkling clean and boasts all of the beach amenities you may need: 2 Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler. Beach towels are also included.

Relax out on the lanai with a glass of wine. Watch cable TV in the living room or in the bedroom or log in to your Amazon or Netflix accounts. A full-sized washer and dryer (just a year old!) are so convenient. The kitchen contains everything you may need to cook meals at home.

When it’s time to go out, there are loads of stores just a short distance away: Aldi’s, Publix, and Walmart are all close by and there are plenty of nearby restaurants close by as well. So convenient to Sarasota as well.

    Property is as described; however, the community pool was a major reason I booked my stay here and was not notified the pool was under repairs which the property owners were aware of. I asked for a small compensation for my stay and did not hear back. Disappointing.

    Great area to explore, we didn't have a problem getting around. Being older we did miss the access to the pool which was closed for repairs.We were planning to return next year for the month of March. Rates were too high

    Quite area but close enough to get anything you need. Plenty of things to do around the area. Far enough away from the beach to not have crowds but close enough to make a beach trip. Listed beach chairs and umbrella but did not have access. Emailed the host and was told there should have been a key for the storage room. Key was never dropped off to use.

    Quiet neighbourhood, walking distance to Publix, CVS, Walmart, Aldi and several restaurants. Townhouse has a good floor plan, kitchen well equipped although you will need to provide all pantry supplies, even salt and pepper.Sent a question to property manager that was quickly confirmed but never answered.

    Our plans were disrupted by Hurricane Milton. There was a lot of uncertainty after the storm about what conditions would be like and whether we'd be able to stay. Our host stayed in touch with timely and accurate information so we could make the best choices for our family. In the end, the property didn't get power back in time for us to stay there. But because of the great communication described above, we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

    Very cute place. Super comfortable bed - we slept so well! The location was good for our needs and we loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the pond view. Both TVs worked great. Would definitely stay again.
