s1. Beautiful home in historic Scottsboro w/ pool

Everything is close to the house. Very clean. No problems at all.

Had to do a one night stay bringing in kids to say final goodbyes to a grandparent. Sad occasion to visit, but extremely thankful for this place. Great location in Scottsboro.Very clean house and nice yard and nice looking pool. Host was responsive and we had no issues with our stay. Did not get to use pool (not enough time and was too cold), but looked good.Layout of house has a standalone bedroom, one bedroom connected to another, and a bathroom off of it. It was the larger bathroom, but not a big deal with kids. Basement has 2 beds and worked great. Note on backyard: access is via basement. Basement stairs has handrails but not slotted rails. Couple of spots in fence/gate are not low to ground and may be an issue for smaller dogs. Was fine for our dog bc of her size and we watch her.

House was amazing and the perfect size! Everything was clean and an easy process. Located in a great neighborhood and close to stores.

One of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Owner is super responsive to any and all questions. Pool was so nice! The description left out that there’s actually 4 queen beds and 1 twin so you have plenty of room for the whole family. Home is much nicer than the pictures show. It is an older home so floors are creaky but not a problem unless you’re sleeping downstairs and have an early riser upstairs. We used ear plus which solved the problem.Nice neighborhood with easy access to everything. We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home and are already planning our next trip!

Very satisfied with the location . Very clean and the neighborhood was guilt . Plenty room for adults and children .

We lived the proximity to shopping, boat launch access and it’s always to come home to a wonderful back yard paradise after a long, hot day on the lake.

There is no house number on this property, so difficult to find at night (that’s when we arrived). It is in desperate need of landscaping. In the backyard, there is a falling apart shed, an old rusty grill, and a pool that had mold on the steps and leaves, dirt, and bugs floating in it. The house itself smells old; there were plug-in air fresheners trying to hide the smell. The floors are incredibly creaky. The small bathroom’s toilet wiggles when you sit on it. The room with one twin bed has no outlets. Two beds are in the basement; there is also couches and a tv in the basement, and concrete floors. There is no bathroom in the basement. There were two towels in the kitchen for drying; there were no dish wash cloths. Each bathroom had only 1 roll of toilet paper; we couldn’t find extra anywhere in the house. The window in the smallest bathroom is barely covered by a see-through curtain, so be aware when bathing. I definitely would not call this a beautiful home.

This house was very clean including the pool.
