Ryan's vacation home

We loved the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Cleanliness was first class. A cheat sheet on using induction cooktop would be handy and a few extra salad bowls helpful. Knives could do with a sharpen too. Overall it was fantastic for our group.

everything in the house was great, loved it except not much room in front of the fridge when a few working in the kitchen.Was good to enter through the back gate with the wheelchair. Only not so good was the tiled path & steps at the front, very slippery when wet & no hand rail on the steps

Second time come back to 5-star holiday house

My family and I loved our stay at Ryan’s vacation home. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Host was so accommodating and answered our questions right away.

The house was fantastic for a families weekend away. Well equipped and perfect for our group. Great location, on the cusp on Phillip Island.

5-star holiday houseMy family and friends stayed over weekend in this holiday house. We felt like we stayed in 5-stars hotel. The house is big, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Every bedroom is very spacious even the ensuite. We really loved this property and we plan to come back soon.

The holiday home was absolutely amazing. Lots of room for the kids to run around and play. There were 8 large bedrooms with attached ensuites. Coffee machine, large fridge, induction cooking, oven and dishwasher. With ample cups, glasses, cuttlery, plates- made it an easy stay. Tv with foxtel. Host responded to all our questions before we checked in. All the rooms have their individual keypad lock which will be provided by the host. Maybe have some sticky notes so you dont have to always check your phone to unlock the rooms. Short drive to san remo shops where theres plenty of places to eat or takeaway. The house is at a lower level than the road, and the steps can be tricky when wet. We didnt have any elderly nor disabled, but they would find the steps challenging.

Second time staying here. Perfect for big groups of friends and family. Host is great. Highly recommend!

Easy access, mostly very clean. Front entrance steps have no rail- recommend using the rear entrance for those with mobility issues and luggage access. Our large multigenerational extended family find the set up great apart from not enough lounge chairs to all relax in. Nice outdoor area. Very comfy beds.

Excellent and comfortable stay

Spacious house with ensuites off all bedrooms, large kitchen and living areas. Large comfy couch in lounge room and option to play billiards. Highly recommend booking this!

Visited property with a group of 8 adults and 9 children (aged 1 to 6). We had ample space, everything we needed for the week and everyone had a fantastic time. The home is well kempt and would suit a large family or friend groups who like to have their individual space while holidaying together.

Great layout with separate suites allowing family groups some private time while also sharing the kitchen and larege indoor and outdoor areas. Nice lawn area inside fence for kids to play.

Ryan's retreat is truly a retreat. Everything is perfect, and we had a good time over the weekend.

We were all able to have our own rooms with ensuite. Generous size rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The showers had lovely hot water. The communal areas were a great size. Nice outside area. San Remo is a great area to explore.

Basically good. However no enough rubbish bags/bottom step of inside stairs quite dangerous-needs a strip/hot water on ground floor at best lukewarm

A terrific house for multiple adults / couples for a weekend away. Owners very responsive and helpful.

My family and I absolutely loved this house. Very spacious, we love that each room had its own ensuite! Wow! Pool table and large outdoor area were a nice bonus! We will be back! Thank you!

Great house with 8 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite. House was very clean and the host was very easy to communicate with. Short drive to town and short walk to the bay or back beach. The only downside were the views. All together however we were very happy with the house.
