Stayed Nov 21, 2023The house was exactly as advertized. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, everything we needed was there. We were able to walk safely, the park nearby was peaceful and inviting with plenty to offer all ages. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023We went to Salem for a girls trip and it was a great place to stay. 10 mins away from target and Walmart for anything we forgot and 10 min away from Salem minus traffic. Definitely will stay here again.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Our time was wonderful, in part to this property. It was just perfect for us. Adult siblings on a trip. No muss, no fuss. It was a cozy retreat at the end of each day of wayfaring. I would book it again 100 times over. BTW this feedback form would not let me submit until I rated communications with the property manager. We had none. Since there is not an NA I marked 1. NO PROBLEMS, just did not want to mark a 5 for something I did not do.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023This was a great house to stay at in a great location. It was so close to everything you may want to see in the area. It is in close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely a great property!

Stayed Jun 30, 2022We are a family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 1 year old. This home was the perfect size for us and was the ideal location while we were visiting family in nearby Danvers. Easy access to beautiful beaches in Ipswich and Gloucester, 5 min away from the commuter train to Boston's North Station, and a great playground / small beach area on the river just a 10 min walk away for our 1 year old to enjoy. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming which was such a nice bonus!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the Ryal Side Hideaway Cove property to be pretty dirty (A/C registers, rugs, range hood, etc.). The house is pretty old as are all appliances other than new dishwasher. The house has a very noisy aftermarket A/C system, the electrical system was suspect as there power strips in many plugs throughout the house. The home has a sump pump system in the basement which is very loud when it turns on. There also are many wires spread across the basement as electrical outlets. The yard is Ioaded with weeds, back deck and furniture are very dirty. It appears to need homeowner attention.
