Rustic Mountain View Village

The house was cute and cozy, older home. Very accommodating for our family, they had everything we needed from kitchenware to bath necessities. Very clean. Great location to take in the environment. We saw quail, rabbits, turkeys and down the road, deer. Shower pressure could have been better but overall it was a very good stay.

Great property very cozy and clean

Nice clean facility. Quiet and relaxing. Grocerie store was close and easy to get to. Access to Sequoia National park is great, only 5 miles away from entrance to park.

The property is very roomy, nice and clean. The owner was great, he was very quick to respond to our messages, and he was very nice to let us checked in early, so we can get familiar with the road to the place, and had more times to spend at Sequoia parks. We really enjoyed our stay there, will definitely come back if we visit Sequoia next time and refer to all our friends.

The property was as described. Clean and well-stocked with towels, toiletries, and kitchen items. Great coffee bar and snacks. The kids loved the oatmeal. Very conveniently located for visiting Sequoia. Close to the Village Market and restaurants. If we ever find ourselves visiting Three Rivers again, we will stay here.

Cozy house with a balcony and yard with good view of mountains. It's tucked in through a dirt road giving you are real rural atmosphere with turkeys roaming around the area. Our host supplied with treats, such as oatmeal and power bars, and ample supply of coffee for 4 guests.

This was a last minute booking and was not expecting the comfort of the home , family loves the place and had a good time , kids love the snacks , Thank you

The home was nice and clean, and the kids really enjoyed having their own space with a TV and A/C. We got to see deer, turkeys and horses in the property. Our host was very responsive when we had an incident with a locked door late at night which we very much appreciated.

Great spot for visiting Sequoia. Great communication and everything was smooth and as advertised. Would stay here again.

Enjoyable cozy cabin in a beautiful scenic mountain area.

Our stay in Three Rivers was great! The bedrooms were all good size and all had dressers which is always appreciated. We used the crib which was sturdy and easily fit into the twin bedroom. Having two bathrooms was also a bonus! The location was perfect and we enjoyed the scenery.

This is a sweet place to stay and I would say the porch and the view from it are its best feature! I wish we had more prep space and the layout of the kitchen and living room is a little goofy—but all of this can be seen from the pictures. The house itself is tucked away and a little tricky to initially find.

Host was incredibly well detailed in communication and invited questions to personalize our stay. Made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease with prompted and unprompted information regarding activities, shops and property tidbits to make the stay more enjoyable.

This was a great property for 5 of us on vacation. It can be a little tricky finding the home--it is set back and not easy to see from the road. But, once there, we loved it. Cosy, clean and a great host.

We did not spend much time here beyond sleeping and laundry. The dryer was a little slow and the kitchen and bathroom could use an update, but this was more than made up for with the great supply of snacks, towels and drinking water in the cooler and fridge. We really needed it for our hikes. Great communication with host.

everything was excellent in this place

This place worked perfectly for my family of 5. It’s close to Sequoia and about a 2-3 hour drive to Yosemite. It had everything we needed and was very cozy.

We had an excellent stay at the Rustic Mountain View Village. Arrival was easy (with very detailed directions) and the house is older and rustic as advertised, but nice and clean. There were extra conveniences like snacks, Keurigs and laundry detergent provided. Two of my favorite things were the ample floor space (especially in the living area) that allowed us to spread out and organize our bags and hiking stuff without it feeling messy and cluttered, and the central-ness of the living area to the bedrooms that made socialization and communication easy. We would definitely stay there again. (Note: To see all of the two HUGE nearby national parks, one would want to move to lodging near a different entrance midway thru the trip just due to the parks’ combined size. This location is great for exploring Sequoia.)

Believe the other reviews. This unit is definitely hard to find so take the advice and arrive during daylight. The owner does give detailed instructions. Which help! We only passed it up one time. When we first pulled up we were greeted by 4 deer. If needed the owner is quick to respond. It is close to the south entrance of Sequoia NP and close to restaurants. W

Charming place with lots of room. Very quiet. Great location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Loved having the three bedrooms and two baths. Plenty of room. Nice balcony with grill that we used.

Beautiful place close to the Sequoia NP.

We only stayed one night, but enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, some things outdated, but so it goes! Would definitely back again.
