You may hear the laughter and activities of the youth attending the Christian Camp across the Lake, with July and August being their busiest months. Sit and relax with your morning coffee on the sky high deck or BBQ your dinner out back and watch the wildlife that frequents this property. Pack a lunch and drive to Lassen National Volcanic Park to hike Mt. Lassen, Mt. Brokeoff, Kings Creek or Bumpass Hell. There are many lake, streams and miles of hiking trails to explore. Hat Creek, Lake McCumber, North Battle Creek Reservoir and Bailey Creek are great fishing spots and all within a short driving distance from this home. Other day trips might include wine tasting in the Shingletown/Manton areas, a trip to Redding's Sundial Bridge, shopping and restaurants, a visit to Burney Falls or golfing in Fallriver.
