Stayed Jul 14, 2019Would get a 5 star review, if it was equipped with central AC. During our stay, Colorado Springs temperatures were in the 90's daily. The townhome was very uncomfortable during the day and at night, until the night temps dropped. The owner provided multiple fans, but all they did was circulate hot air. Overall, the property is well maintained, pleasantly decorated, and newly renovated. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were brand new. The beds were very comfortable, although very plush. The parking was easy, secure, and the garage was clean and free of clutter. My family really enjoyed our stay here, except for the hot conditions. The owner was responsive and pleasant.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Super clean, comfy beds, great location. Sadly, our firewood was wet, so no fire out back, but that's Mother Nature. Not a big deal. I would def stay here again when next in the Springs. Our weekend stay was great...

Stayed Sep 5, 2025We had such a good stay here! The house was cute, cozy, and comfortable from start to finish. I especially loved the wall décor—it gave the place such a welcoming vibe. Every aspect of the house was thoughtfully done, and we enjoyed it all. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025I had such highly hopes for this property! The listing was so cute and since I was in town for a conference i was happy to see it is close to the venue. Well unfortunately this is where the niceties ended. The place was filthy; there was a fingernail in the sink; there was dog hair all over one of the comforters, and worst of all in my opinion was the USED NEEDLE under the bed. The dog hair was easily remedied; and I get it, the property is pet friendly; but it just highlights the complete lack of cleaning. I notified the host and all that was offered was for them to come by and collect it. I asked for a refund and even tried to get VRBO involved. I heard nothing back. 1/10 I would not recommend if you value cleanliness and your health.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Overall a comfortable place to stay. The mattresses in the kids bedroom were pretty thin, but other than that, we really enjoyed our time.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025My family (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed 2 nights during a quick stop over in Colorado Springs. House was incredibly cute and well taken care of. We were more than comfortable with all the amenities! The location is great and we were close to all of the places we wanted to see, pikes peak, olympic museum, manitou springs, old colorado city, garden of the gods etc. Bristol Brewery is within walking distance and was excellent!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025The house was well appointed for my family of 5 and the host was responsive during my stay when questions arose. My only negative is that when we arrived there was a lingering/faint smell of pee in the living room.I’d leave and come back to the unit and it hit us anew. I ended up buying some Farnese fabric and Favreeze air.Credit to the host, they offered to have a cleaner come and reclean it while we were away from the unit, but I didn’t see the message in time (my fault).Otherwise this was great homemade for my family trip to Colorado Springs.

Stayed Mar 10, 2025On entry we discovered matted dog hair covering all the bedding as well as stains on the beds. The bathroom sink was hair covered and toothpaste covered like it didn’t even have a cleaner between visits. Luckily the owner was responsive and quick to coordinate a cleaner but not until the next day. Even after the house got recleaned it smelled of so much synthetic free-breeze that was trying to cover up the dog and CIG/Vap smoke that clearly had been clouding the space before. Most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a VEBO…felt all the metal springs and the bunk bed was highly unstable and shaking, we tried finding a wrench to tighten the bolts and couldn’t. It made for a very uncomfortable visit. No coffee filters, no shampoo and conditioner, and no sponges (until day 2 post cleaners)Not interested in staying in a vrbo again after this experience.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Property is in a very convenient location. In general it is well cared for. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is older and a bit run down. Additionally, there is a lot of traffic noise. The host is responsive and property provides ample kitchen tools for cooking, and a nice garage and good laundry facilities.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024The condo/townhome was renovated and nicely decorated. It has all you need for a short stay. We did come in late June so it was very warm in the house and the A/C had trouble cooling it down. There are a few box fans that did help but it was still very warm inside for sleeping. It is in a older part of town but it's a short drive to downtown and there are several restaurants close by. Overall, it was a nice stay with the one potential improvement of the air conditioner.
