-- YOUR FURRY FRIENDS (PETS) --
Dogs are welcome with an additional charge of $50 & $25 per additional pet.
Colorado Springs is a great place for your furry friends to explore by your side. We love to take our puppies with us on our family adventures so we decided to allow the same for our guests. We tried to make the home as pet friendly as possible with an enclosed, nice sized yard & hard flooring surfaces on the main level to limit tracking anything in on wet days. We also provide a dog crate, bed, bowls, leash and some other goodies for your puppy.
We simply ask that you keep your puppies off the furniture, pick up after them in the yard and please crate your puppy in case he/she gets anxiety if left alone so as not to damage anything if he gets the “chews”. We do charge a pet fee as we find there is often additional cleaning and wear & tear involved.

-- SUPPORT --
This home is not only taken care of by just Eli, but also his property management staff, so we are able to promptly respond to any of your needs; such as recommended places in Colorado Springs, any extra accommodations you may need, and much more. Feel free to call once booking is confirmed or message us with any questions you may have about this space. This home met all expectations! The AC was amazing for warmer days. Could not ask for a better location - close to restaurants, Seven Falls, Pikes Peak, Old Colorado City shopping, downtown etc. Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for my sister's wedding and enjoyed the space. It was nicely renovated and clean. The back porch area was very cute and cozy. The location also had easy access to everything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed the space and would recommend it. This place was mostly pros, but there were a couple of cons:1. There were two minor maintenance issues that the property owner probably wasn't aware of, and I'm sure will be taken care of - The exterior lights didn't work. So we couldn't turn on the porch light or backlights at night, which is not a deal breaker, but does make me feel less secure, especially since the property is set back from the street. Also, the bathtub had a slow drain, so showers meant we were standing in two inches of water. Again, not a dealbreaker and something I'm sure they will handle. But, there was one thing I think people should know about... somewhere near the property are train tracks. I never actually saw the tracks, but trains come through regularly and close enough to wake you in the middle of the night. Of course, this is not something the property owners/managers can do anything about, but I would have liked to know so that I could have had earplugs with me.I suspect that there is more train activity during the week than on weekends; either way, I was shocked awake at 3 am, and I thought I should warn folks to prepare. These issues are minor, and we still found that the property is lovely. The beds were also really comfortable.

We had a lovely time staying in this cozy, welcoming townhome. Great location that we used as a home base to explore Colorado - 90 minutes to Royal Gorge, 3.5 hours to Rocky Mountain National Park, less than 30 to Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods, and so many hiking trails close by! And then the day it was storming, it is a very cozy home to lay around, do nothing, and watch some Netflix. The washer and dryer were big pluses for us. Many great restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes. We also brought our dogs, who had a lovely time, too. Small fenced area in the back for them to people watch the pedestrians walking by, and although we brought dog beds, kennels, and toys, I did see some available for use if we had forgot. Colorado is very dog friendly! We noticed the WiFi was out one morning before we went for a hike. Sent a message about it before leaving and by the time we were back 4ish hours later, it was back up and running. They were very responsive, and that was the only time during our week here that we needed help with anything. We will stay here again next time we come. Excellent experience.

Great location. Right in between helen hunt falls and garden of the gods. Not far to go un any direction to see some sights. The German Food at Edelweiss was spot on. Bus does run on the street that the house is on making it a pretty well traveled road. The mulch yard makes it easy for picking up our dogs poop. Would stay here again if in area. Nice place picture is of .orning view from porch

At first glance I thought the neighborhood was a little busy with traffic and bus stops near by, but after learning the area it is very centrally located. There is a train that runs all hours of the night, so it was not as quiet as one would hope. The house was very well decorated and clean. The host provided everything that we needed including laundry supplies and charcoal for the grill. We didn’t have to get anything besides food and that was really nice! The private little yard was perfect for our dog to do his business and they even provided the necessities to cleanup after him. There are couple of negatives about this house. 1st was the bathroom door handle didn't work right and we would get stuck in the bathroom requiring someone from the outside to push the door because the latch wouldn't retract all the way. The next small complaint would be the weeds growing up in the yard/patio. These are simple and easy things for the host to correct which I'm sure they will. The last annoyance of this house is the very squeaky floors upstairs. If you are a light sleeper like I am, then this house may be to noisy for you. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the area very much! The house provided everything we needed to be comfortable and we are grateful for the experience.

Location was good and close to everything we needed. The A unit sits on a very busy neighborhood street so a bit noisy on the patio. Nice area for our dog to relax safely. Having a garage was a bonus to store motorcycles and trailer.

Property was as advertised. Cool looking and tastefully decorated, also Nice to have garaged parking. We had everything we needed for an overnight stay (had meant two book for two nights and didn't, was my mistake).Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, and other necessities. Safeway is less than a 3 min drive.15-20 min to Manitou Springs and GoG. A little further to Pikes Peak. About the same to the furthest points of interest in CO Springs.Would stay here again.

From the false advertising, harsh/snarky correspondence with the property owner, ignored calls, to the broken glass on the ground all over the backyard patio, this property did nothing but let us down. The beds were worse than the reviews, the bar soap in the bathroom was EXPIRED?! We appreciated the gesture of board games but literally none were in tact. It seems like the owners either no longer care about this property or never fully did. We ended up leaving a night early and staying in a hotel in Denver the last night of our trip. This property had its charm, but the bad severely outweighed the good.
