The space
Originally built in the 1950s, this lakefront cottage celebrates the timeless charm of a traditional Michigan retreat, with warm wood interiors and rustic character throughout. Perfect for nature lovers, lake enthusiasts, and anyone looking to slow down and unwind by the water.

Please note this house is immersed in a rich natural lake habitat including a variety of wildlife.

Other things to note
There is a public boat launch on the chain of lakes and you can tie up on our dock. We have a gas grill as well as a fire pit grill to cook over wood. The lakes are “all sports” and are known to have great fishing (we have poles you can use). A paddle board, lily pad, multiple floatation items and beach toys are available on premise in the on-beach storage.

Front parking area is large and can store a boat trailer if needed.

All linens and towels are included in your stay so no need to bring any.

Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in room. We also offer mouthwash and extra amenities in the bathroom cabinet if you forget floss or your toothbrush.

The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper, pots, pans, etc.).

The coffee bar offers espresso pods to kick off your day right, coffeemate powdered creamer, French vanilla individual liquid creamers and sugar in the raw. We also provide a few pre-filled coffee filters if you prefer drip coffee.
