Rustic Lakefront Cabin: Pet-Friendly, WIFI, Buoy, Lake Access

This is a true lakeside cabin. This is what i prefer , if someone is looking for a fancy house this is not for them.This is my 3rd time staying in this cabin , it has everything you need good kitchen, comfy mattress, Wi-Fi, beautiful view from deck . A super place to relax .

A little more rustic than expected but the lake access and uninterrupted views couldn’t be beat!

***BEWARE OF NEIGHBOR***The house is in a perfect location. Does it need updating? Sure but not a deal breaker. Not super walkable but doable. The lake was beautiful and the deck isn’t in direct sun all day so we were outside the entire time. The northern neighbor will put a damper on a relaxing vacation. Our dogs, surprisingly, were on their best behavior. “Karen” seemed to be baiting them by running her leaf blower for 20 mins at a time right next to the fence, scoffing when they were play wrestling (still silent) on the deck, or accusing me of yelling (no yelling). On our second day, Karen made a loud noise that startled our dogs into a bark. We then got a 15 minute lecture about being respectful to property owners and taking care of our loud animals. She said the rental company requires that I put the dogs in the house if they bark (ehhhh). I honestly felt like a child (I’m in my 40s) at my grouchy grandparents house. I’m sure it’s not ideal to have a short term rental next to your second home but it’s a vacation destination. I’m sure it’s been a long summer of parties and jerks but not my issue. I’m sure retirement gets boring but find a better hobby. We would’ve been jerks to her but her husband was embarrassed and a nice guy.

The bathroom door didn't lock. The fold out bed was broken (the left foot corner metal).

Quaint little cabin! Right on the lake. We loved it!

Exactly as portrayed. Neighbors were super cool. Water is beautiful, we enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. Close enough to Chelan to make life convenient. I will make reservations for next year as soon as I can.

Loved location, Was clean and perfect for my dog and I. Could definitely have 4 people comfortably. Not good for elderly, or young as far as getting in and out of lake. Fine if you're fit and steady.

There was. No address on the house or the mailbox that was on the ground. The neighbor are a—h—ls. Harassed us for renting the property. The “hide a bed” couch was unusable due to it missing the support springs. The dock is NOT usable if you have a boat. Internet is very spotty. I called management and all they said was “thanks for telling us.” Will NOT rent here again.

Location is 25 minutes out of Chelan. Cabin is quiet and the setting is lovely. Walking the area is difficult as there is only the highway if you have a dog as we did. We still were very happy with our time at the cabin. The cabin could use some updating. The picture shows the cabin red but it has been painted and now it's white.

The cabin was perfect! It was outfitted with everything we needed. Very comfy and cozy! The view off the deck as simply amazing! My family spent many hours hanging out in the deck. It was really easy to book and the the property manager was very communicative so I knew exactly what to expect. Thanks for a wonderful weekend with lots of great memories made!

The property is close enough to the city of Chelan but far enough away that there's peace and quiet. The cabin was clean and stocked with all the essentials. The water level of the lake was down about 12ft, so keep that in mind if you book during the colder months.

Great place to stay. About 20 mins from the main city of Chelan, so nice and quiet.

Bedrooms outdated. The view is breathtaking.

*Pros:* - Stunning lake views and easy access - Nice kitchen and living room area with newer appliances - Close to downtown Chelan (30 minutes) - Excellent customer service from Chandra at Vacation Chelan *Cons:* - Bedrooms and bathrooms need updating and are small and cramped - Rodent issue and hole in the wall (but quickly fixed by maintenance) - Pet-friendly policy is questionable due to neighbor's hostility towards pets *Overall:* - Great views and location, but some areas need improvement - Be aware of potential pet-friendly issues with the neighbor - Excellent customer service from Vacation Chelan
