Stayed Aug 10, 2019Really worth the penny. Multiple beds, sheets and towels to accommodate large groups (10 people). Great master’s bedroom! Great amenities! TV, Microwave, Laundry, Oven, Electric Stove, centralized AC, huge space, and bunch more stuff. Owner is very accommodating and easy to communicate with through Homeaway.com. I would suggest the owners to include soaps for a bubble bath in the tub.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025We stayed at this spot to spend a few days at Lake Powell. It was the perfect set up for us and we were able to easily park our Seadoos and boat and cars in the ample space there was. The house had everything we needed and property manager was always prompt to reply. We were very grateful that when we called to add on an extra day the host went above and beyond to make it happen and was so sweet!Definitely will stay here again!

Stayed May 2, 2025Seven of us, from Pennsylvania to Alaska, stayed for 8 nights. The house is on a quiet suburban street, and has a fully fenced yard. We watched prairie dogs play in the soft sand from our patio, watched the clouds turn pink from there too.It had a huge living room and a kitchen big enough for 5 cooks. Loved it!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Great location in town. Lots of room and very comfortable for large groups! Gale is very kind and helpful with all questions I had. Garage is great! I had two tall trucks easily fitting in there, making easy to load and unload people, luggage & supplies in the Arizona heat! We will definitely be here again! Thanks Gale, great job!

Stayed Oct 4, 2023This house is very warm and inviting with plenty of room. It’s location is in a very quiet neighborhood very close to everything that you want to do in the area. I loved the outside sitting area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Sep 11, 2023Gale responded quickly to all my questions. The house was clean and all of my 6 kids had their own real bed rather than just a mattress on the floor, which they all liked. We had a great stay. My only complaint was that the freezer in the kitchen was not working. Luckily there was a second freezer in the garage that we used. Overall it was a great week.
