Rustic farmhouse surrounded by the greenery of the large and spacious garden ... with swimming pool

My friend and I had a wonderful time at this house. It was in the beautiful countryside of Istria and had a very cozy appeal. Elida was very hospitable and very quick to help. The house was very clean and had plenty of spaces to rest in. Thank you for letting us stay at your property!

Very nice place when you search for a calm region which is not too far away from the beach, supermarkets or Pula. Very nice and clean pool and a big garden if children are with you. Perfekt and fast communication with the owner. She showed us the house an how all works like the fireplace, the kitchen or the washing machine. We enjoy the outside Grill and the place to sit nearby. Thank you very much.

The property was beautful, large, peaceful and the owner very kind. We enjoyed the swimming pool, sunbeds and the large garden. The covered dining area outside was great in the hot weather. We had an awesome time

We had a great vacation. The house and grounds are beautiful and in a peaceful location. Everything necessary was available (kitchen, bathrooms, towels etc.) and the communication with Elida was uncomplicated and courteous. We have nothing but good things to say and would love to spend another vacation in this great house in the future!

We (4 adults) had a very nice stay in Casa Giovanna even though we were a bit disappointed on arrival. We had not expected that it was not a whole house but just part of a house, we had rented and we had expected that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It turned out that the two bedrooms and one of the bathrooms were on the first floor, and the second bathroom was on the ground floor. We coped but it would have been nice to know when booking. The kitchen was not as well equipped as promised e.g. there was no baking tray for the oven and only 3 wineglasses etc. BUT Elida, our hostess, was extremely friendly and welcoming, brought us delicious homebaked strudel and immediately provided the salt we needed for dinner on the first night (be prepared to bring everything you need to cook - no salt, pebber or spices in the cupboards). The garden and swimmingpool are nice. We could have used some garden chairs, though, to make it possible to sit different places in the garden. But all in all a very beautiful house.

We-two adults and two children- had a great stay in Casa Giovanna. A nice and quiet place (a tractor passed once, that´s the traffic for 10 days!!!!) with a lovely terrace were we spend hours and hours eating, playing card and just welcomed the shade;) I think we spend hours in the pool too.... Comfortable beds, modern kitchen and bathroom. 20 min by car to the grocer and not far to cities like Pula or Rovinj. We highly recommend this house and by the way, the owner was very nice and helpful! :) Lots of love from Ylva with family 3

A clean nice house, away from the noise, the equipment is perfect,... Elida is always there to answer all our questions before the holidays and during our stay, even when there are many ;-) We miss her already! We expect to return again with pleasure!
