Duplex house on the banks of the Preguiça River, located in the Estância Juçara condominium, which features a pier, a natural pool, a green area for hammocks and a jet ski ramp. Distant 6 km (10 minutes) from Barreirinhas Center, it is the ideal place for those seeking silence, quietness and contact with nature. The house has a large terrace with barbecue, garden and parking, two suites, living room with sofa bed and air conditioning and balcony with hammocks. All with full river views.

For added comfort, guests also have Wi-Fi, pay TV, electric shower and portable barbecue.
If it is in the interest of the guest, we have quad bike available (contract separately).
The house can be used as a point of support to visit the lagoons, dunes and beaches of Atins, Santo Amaro, Paulino Neves, Tutóia and Lagoa do Cassó. All these tours can be done on a round trip (same day round trip).

IMPORTANT: When hiring any tour, travel agencies pick up and drop off guests at the condo.

The neighborhood

The Mangaba district preserves the rusticity of an interior town without dispensing the facilities of modern life. It is a safe and easily accessible place, a 10-minute drive from Barreirinhas Center. On the way there are grocery stores, restaurants, inns that offer breakfast and other meals for visitors.
