Rural retreat overlooking Swan Lake w/artist studio on site

Loved the place the location the view!!! Everything about it was awesome!!!

A quiet getaway an easy drive to Vernon or Armstrong. Beautiful space, comfortable beds and a lovely view. Loved watching the birds and lake activities from the patio area. Everything you need to cook and excellent living space. Highly recommend

This VRBO is a great place to stay in the Vernon area. We enjoy its proximity to SilverStar, Dovereign Prov. Park, as well as the trails in the Kamalka Lake area. It’s a cozy home away from home!

Great host, welcoming and considerate. Thoughtfully, and tastefully appointed suite. Definitely a recommended place to stay if you find yourself in or around Vernon.

Clean, quiet and beautiful view. Hosts were friendly. Pictures were pretty much what you get, except they added a gazebo on the patio now as well, a bit more shade for those hot okanagan days.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, clean and well-appointed property. Conveniently located in a quieter rural area within a short drive to Vernon central. We especially enjoyed the spectacular view over Swan Lake!!

This place has everything that you would need for your stay, we stayed for 5 nights and felt at home. View is even better than the pictures. You get that rural feeling yet only few minutes away from town. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our group of 4 adults. Beautiful view - the rooms were exactly what we wanted, and had everything we needed - the hosts think of every detail, and are so handy if needed. This was our 2nd time staying here.

Keith and Christine's place is marvelous the layout is marvelous for two couples it gives you so much privacy the view is marvelous the provisions were marvelous the hospitality was marvelous the flower gardens were marvelous. I highly recommend booking this unit.

Perfect location on the outskirts of Vernon with a nice view of the lake right off of our patio. This property is within easy access to Sovereign Lake and to the Silver Star Resort. We skied Alpine &/or Nordic on a daily basis and came home to our lovely accommodations at the end of the day. Our hosts shared their knowledge of snowshoeing in the area.

Great location super quiet. Terrific hosts. So much space. Both bed rooms have tons of space and there is an entire rec room too. Thanks for all the little touches like the strawberry candies and the puzzle! So we'll stocked

Our group HIGHLY recommend this Vrbo stay. This was the ground level suite of the host's main house & studio. Having the Host so close was convenient for us. The house & area was very peaceful and quiet. The VIEW overlooking Swan Lake was awesome. The house was very comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Thank You Christine & Keith - you thought of everything!! We hope to stay again when visiting the Vernon area.

it was a clean and lovely suite with plenty of room for me and my 2 girls. the patio was nice to relax on with a morning tea and the 2 separate bathrooms was excellent. In suite laundry was nice to have even tho we did not use it. The property is clean and has a beautiful view.I would love to see a hot tub to go with that view ;)

Amazing views overlooking Swan Lake! Large, spacious accommodation. Well stocked with necessities. Clean and comfortable. Lots of local information made available. Great outdoor seating area to enjoy the view. Easy access.

Every thing was grest

We had no issues whatsoever dealing with the owners ahead of our arrival. We always got quick, informative and friendly responses and they were extremely accommodating. Locating the house is a bit tricky at first and the road into the property isn't the best. Perhaps we didn't read the description of the property correctly, so we were a little surprised by the close proximity of the owners. The accommodations are part of the home they live in so we could see them occasionally around the property, and could hear them above us, particularly on the day they had visitors. That being said, they were very careful not to disrupt us or make us feel like we were being spied on. And any noise we heard was during day-time hours - not at night. The home itself is comfortable and spacious and has every amenity you may need. The kitchen is well stocked so it was perfect for us to prepare food to take to a family event we were attending. The views are stunning and the outdoor seating area provides a great place to sit and relax. Overall any negatives were far outweighed by the positives and the hosts were very gracious and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
