King size beds, BIG 75 tv's and air conditioning will make Service Men and Women want to come back to Chaffee and stay. Located at The Barracks at Chaffee, Arkansas's largest adaptive reuse project. The Barracks have a story to tell so we are building a community to tell the story.

Walk to Arkansas's first shipping container bar, Conex Bar which is also Fort Smith's event starting-stopping point on the east side. Monarch Salon, Chaffee Brewing Co opening this fall!

Chaffee trail system right out your front door, connecting to ACHE Arkansas College of Health Education, restaurants and an additional 35 miles of trails. Harps grocery store 1.8 miles away!

Close to everything on the eastside of Fort Smith but very peaceful and laid back.
