Stayed May 15, 2025The property is cute and very conveniently located close to the river. We were disappointed that the property didn’t seem to have been cleaned very recently. The beds were a mixed bag of ok or not very comfortable specifically the smaller bed in the bedroom and the one in the living room they were very hot like not breathable. The a/c worked great though, they also provide a box fan in case you need it. Lots of pillows and extra blankets are provided. My favorite part was they provided P L E N T Y of towels, there was 7 of us for basically 3 days and we were perfectly covered. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. We grilled all our bigger meals and the grill was in ok condition but it got the job done.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and access to tubing. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels for all our guests. The only recommendation is to wash the comforters more frequently. The one on the king bed had a large stain on it as well as the matching pillow cases. The other sheets and white pillow cases were clean and fresh. Other than that, everything was comfortable and clean.
